NCT ID: NCT05419518 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastases, Neoplasm

Palliative Dose Escalated Radiation for Painful Non-Spine Bone Metastases and Painful Non-Bone Metas

Start date: March 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The investigators hypothesize that with dose escalation to 40-50 Gy in ten fractions, the complete pain response rate at one month can be increased to 40-50% in painful non-spinal bone metastases. Additionally, the investigators hypothesize that utilizing a fractionation scheme with an escalated biologically equivalent dose (BED) will result in a higher proportion of participants responding to treatment, and will also lead to more durable responses. Furthermore, the investigators hypothesize that with dose escalation to 40-50 Gy in ten fractions, the complete pain response rate at one month can be increased to 35-45% in painful non-bone metastases

NCT ID: NCT05419375 Recruiting - Solid Tumors Clinical Trials

Screening Study for Participants With Malignant Tumors

Start date: July 22, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study objective is to determine the biomarker status of a participant's tumor tissue and use that status to determine eligibility for a linked Roche clinical trial.

NCT ID: NCT05417971 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hematologic Malignancy

Reduced Intensity Fludarabine and TBI Prior to Haplo-Identical Transplantation

Start date: August 29, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of RIC HIDT transplant protocol following fludarabine and intermediate-dose TBI 800 cGy utilizing PBSC as the stem cell source.

NCT ID: NCT05417750 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Phase I Study on Autologous Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes Injection (GC101 TIL) for the Treatment of Advanced Malignant Solid Tumors

MIZAR-001
Start date: July 30, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

20-60 participants are expected to be enrolled for the Phase I clinical trial which is further divided into two parts: a "3+3" dose escalation study and an expanded enrollment study. The Phase I clinical trial is expected to be finished in 36 months. To be specific, the dose escalation study plans to include patients with advanced malignant solid tumors with clear pathological diagnosis, including melanoma, cervical cancer, head and neck squamous cell tumors, non-small cell lung cancer and breast cancer, etc.; while the expanded enrollment study plans to include those with melanoma, cervical cancer, and head and neck squamous cell tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05417594 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Malignancies

Study of AZD9574 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Anti-cancer Agents in Participants With Advanced Solid Malignancies

CERTIS1
Start date: June 24, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary efficacy of AZD9574 individually and in combination with anti-cancer agents in 490 participants with advanced cancer that has recurred/progressed.

NCT ID: NCT05417321 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of HB0036 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: August 25, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2

A Clinical Study of 8MW2311 in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: August 5, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a Phase 1/2, first-in-human, open-label, dose-escalation and cohort expansion study designed to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, preliminary antitumor activity and immunogenicity of 8MW2311 administered by intravenous (IV) infusion.

NCT ID: NCT05416710 Recruiting - Cancer Clinical Trials

Universal Germline Testing in the Community

UNITY
Start date: June 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study seeks to enroll participants who have a diagnosis of a solid tumor cancer and are willing to undergo germline genetic testing for cancer risk. At baseline, patients will be asked to provide 2 types of blood samples: 1 tube for clinical genetic testing and 2 tubes for future research use. A tumor sample from a previous resection or biopsy will also be obtained and sent to the sponsor. The clinician will be asked to provide relevant medical history and demographic information to the sponsor in the form of electronic case report forms.

NCT ID: NCT05416359 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Malignant Tumor

Phase I Clinical Trial of TQB3915 Tablets in Subjects With Advanced Malignant Solid Tumors

Start date: June 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

TQB3915 is a selective estrogen receptor covalent antagonist, by covalently binding to estrogen receptor, by changing the conformation of ERα, blocking intracellular signal transmission, thereby inhibiting the growth of tumor cells.
