Filter by:This is an observational study in which data from the past of people with solid tumors harboring an NTRK gene fusion in Japan are studied. In observational studies, only observations are made without specified advice or interventions. Advanced or recurrent solid tumor harboring an NTRK gene fusion is a rare type of solid cancer caused by specific changes in the genes called NTRK gene fusion, and which has spread to nearby tissues and/or lymph nodes or has returned. Due to this change in the gene, an altered protein known as a TRK fusion protein is made, which can cause cancer cells to grow and survive. The main purpose of this study is to learn more about NTRK gene fusion in people in Japan. To do this, researchers will collect information on the number or percentage of Japanese people with NTRK gene fusion in any solid tumor. The data will come from the national database called C-CAT. They will cover the period from June 2019 until January 2023. Besides this data collection, no further tests or examinations are planned, and no visits are required in this study.
The purpose of this first-in-human study is to test ATI-2231 in advanced solid tumor malignancies with the goal of establishing the recommended Phase II dose of ATI-2231.
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of a new intervention, AU409, in treating patients with primary liver cancers that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or advanced solid tumors that have spread to the liver (liver metastatic disease). AU409 may stop cancer from growing and spreading. This trial may help researchers determine if AU409 is safe and effective in treating patients with liver cancers and solid tumors with liver metastatic disease.
This study investigates the effects of treatment from chemotherapy for cancer on symptoms, function, and falls during treatment and through the recovery phase of cancer care. The goal is to identify simple tests that can help medical providers predict which and when patients show increased risk for falls and functional decline and informing rehabilitation providers about which mobility deficits to target.
This is an open-label, single-arm, Phase II investigator-initiated trial of precise thymalfasin-regulated therapy combined with hypofractionated radiotherapy, PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor sequential GM-CSF for treatment of advanced refractory solid tumors.
This study is an open-label, single arm, dose escalation and dose expansion phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of BPI-460372 in solid tumor patients.
The goal of this clinical trial is to quantify the effects of aerobic exercise training compared to attention control on intermuscular adipose tissue in colorectal cancer survivors.
This study is a 1-year quantitative method research.Data collection will be divided into oncology nurses and cancer patients. To explore the related factors of clinical oncology nurses on the psychological aspects of cancer patients.
This is an open-label, non-randomized, multicenter, dose-escalation and expansion study in patients with selected solid tumors.
This is an open-label, non-randomized, Phase 1 study to determine the safety and tolerability of NC525. This study will also assess the clinical benefit in subjects with advanced myeloid neoplasms.
