NCT ID: NCT04920214 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Application Value of CEUS Li-RADS in Hepatic Focal Lesions in Patients With Non-high Risk Factors for HCC

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Currently, there are few studies on the diagnostic ability of CEUS-LI-RADS in patients with non-high risk factors for liver nodules. Whether this classification is applicable to such patients remains controversial. There are relatively few studies on the diagnostic efficacy of HCC in clinical diagnosis and the consistency between map readers, and the applicable population is only focused on patients with hepatic fibrosis. Therefore, this study explored the application value of CEUS Li-RADS in liver focal lesions in patients with non-high risk factors for hepatocellular carcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT04913480 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

SBRT and Durvalumab for Inoperable/Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: October 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The investigators propose a phase II single-arm study on using stereotactic body radiation therapy in combination with durvalumab for inoperable/unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. In addition, the investigators will also measure the change in number and intensity of PD-L1-positive circulating tumor cells before and after stereotactic body radiation therapy and durvalumab and evaluate their correlation with treatment response.

NCT ID: NCT04912765 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Neoantigen Dendritic Cell Vaccine and Nivolumab in HCC and Liver Metastases From CRC

Start date: April 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single arm phase II study of adjuvant intra-dermal NA DC vaccine combined with intravenous nivolumab in patients with resectable HCC (group A) or CRLM (group B) planned for curative surgery (with/without local ablation).

NCT ID: NCT04911959 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Study of TACE Combined With Lenvatinib to Prevent Postoperative Recurrence in Patients With MVI Positive HCC

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

single-center clinical trial studies have verified the safety and effectiveness of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with lenvatinib in preventing postoperative recurrence of microvascular invasion (MVI) positive HCC patients. Explore a new clinical first-line treatment plan for patients with liver cancer microvascular invasion after surgery.

NCT ID: NCT04909866 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

The Efficacy and Safety of TACE, Lenvatinib and Camrelizumab in the Treatment of BCLC Stage B/C Hepatocellular Carcinoma: a Single-arm, Single-center, Open-label Study

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is a single-center, single-arm, open-label prospective clinical trial. By recording the disease-free progression (PFS), overall survival (OS) and tumor treatment response of the included patients, it is planned to evaluate TACE, lenvatinib and carrelizumab in the treatment of BCLC B/C hepatocytes Survival benefits of cancer patients; at the same time, the immune indicators before and after treatment are tested, the dosage is optimized, and the mechanism of combination therapy in liver cancer is explored to lay the foundation for screening more suitable treatment populations; laboratory testing indicators and adverse events To observe and evaluate the safety of combined therapy; adopt immunohistochemistry, pathology, cell biology, proteomics and imagingomics methods to comprehensively evaluate the changes after combined therapy.

NCT ID: NCT04903548 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Evaluating the Effects of Selective Treatment Utilizing Flex-dosing for Unresectable HCC With Y90 SIR-Spheres

Start date: April 20, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The overall objective of this research study is to evaluate outcomes associated with flex-dosing in Y90 SIR-Sphere administration in a prospective cohort of unresectable HCC patients eligible for segmental/super selective treatment at Methodist Dallas Medical Center (MDMC).

NCT ID: NCT04892810 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Immunomonitoring of Interventional Radiology Procedures in the Management of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

PAI²HCC
Start date: May 31, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This cohort study compares immune response induced in two groups of small HCC patients treated by ablation (group1 RFA, group 2 MWA). Patients will benefit for tumoral and non tumoral biopsies prior to treatment and stepped peripheral blood samples juste before ablation and during the first month after.

NCT ID: NCT04891874 Completed - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Adjuvant Radiotherapy for Resected Hepatocellular Carcinoma With MVI

Start date: August 1, 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Positive micro vascular invasion in early stage hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) leads to early recurrence after surgery. Adjuvant external radiotherapy will be applied in those patients to see if disease free survival and overall survival could be approved.

NCT ID: NCT04864054 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

T-Cell Therapy (ECT204) in Adults With Advanced HCC

ARYA-3
Start date: March 11, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, dose escalation, multi-center, Phase I/II clinical trial aimed at assessing the safety and preliminary efficacy of an investigational ARTEMIS® ECT204 T-cell therapy. The trial is suitable for adult subjects (≥ 18 years of age) diagnosed with GPC3-positive HCC, who have failed or not tolerated at least two (2) different anti-HCC systemic agents. Phase I has concluded and a Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D) has been determined. We are now conducting Phase II to further confirm the safety profile of ECT204 and evaluate its efficacy.
