Research supports that mindfulness leads to reduced stress, enhanced performance, better focus, and improved approach (7). Areas of mindfulnessare mindful eating,movement and meditation. Application of mindfulness tools in these areas can be beneficial to health outcomes and to create a happier more efficient work environment (9). Mindful eating shows to improve diet quality and attitudes toward food and eating. Individuals better understand physical hunger/fullness cues, improve nutrient density, weight control,digestion,systolic blood pressure, and stress(2). Disordered eating behaviors have also shown to improve(3). Mindless eating, such as eating while being on the phone, driving, or watching television can have the opposite effect and can be linked to more emotional hunger cues. Combining mindful eating with diet therapy can lead to healthier food choices and a more positive feeling towards eating and body image, reducing stress and improving the overall wellness of an individual (4). Aspire's experience shows that aspects of teacher's wellness is worsening with ,media reporting more and more employees resigning from their positions every day (wccb,2021). Teachers have voiced their need for more support with their wellbeing. As a result, Aspire Nutrition is targeting school employees through a newly developed mindfulness program titled Nourish Carolina. This program will be focused on improving the overall wellness of participants Participants are enrolled in the study for 12 weeks. All participants will have weekly nutritional counseling and bi-weekly mental health counseling. Study group will have nutrition and mental health counseling with mindfulness activities and control group will receive nutrition and mental health sessions without mindfulness activities. There is a program curriculum so that mental health and nutrition mindfulness activities compliment eachother The mindfulness lessons for study group are divided into 6 nutrition and 6 mental health sessions,for 15 minutes during the session. Positive outcomes could include improved workplace performance as a result of enhancing school employees overall wellness and quality of life by reducing stress levels, improving diet quality, and improving mental health.
Eating disorders (ED) are a major public health problem for which current treatments are insufficiently effective. The transdiagnostic approach of eating disorders highlights body dissatisfaction (BD) as a major factor in the development and maintenance of the different types of eating disorders. Thus, we hypothesize that a group focused on the management of BDc would improve the prognosis of patients with eating disorders.
Emotional, trauma and stress-related disorders show high incidence, prevalence, morbidity, and comorbidity rates in Mexico. In recent decades, research findings indicate that cognitive behavioral interventions, from a disorder-specific perspective, are the effective front-line treatment for anxiety and depression care. However, these treatments are not often used. The reasons for this are: limited access and low availability to effective interventions; a minority of people actively seek psychological care because of their own distress condition, fearing social stigma, because of geographical reasons that separate them from health centers, because of time, preference for other treatment or self-help, for the high cost of treatment, which makes it inaccessible and unaffordable to both, the user, and the public health system. It has also been stated that the comorbidity between mental disorders, as well as the gap between research findings and clinical practice could influence the poor dissemination of effective treatments, resulting in a lack of up-to-date professionals providing relevant interventions. This has motivated the practice of some studies aimed at knowing the moderating, mediating variables and psychological mechanisms that improve the process of clinical change. Emotional deregulation of negative affection has been found to be a moderating factor and/or mediation in addressing emotional disorders from a transdiagnostic perspective, aimed at two or more specific disorders. In this way, transdiagnostic treatments could help overcome the drawbacks related to comorbidity between disorders. However, technological advancement has created alternatives for psychological assistance, highlighting the possibilities offered by technologies since Internet-supported interventions have been empirically tested for effectiveness, efficiency and this efficiency can be key to ensuring access to those who are inaccessible. Thus, the study aims to identify the indicators of efficacy, acceptability, and moderation of clinical change of a transdiagnostic intervention through a telepsychology platform for the treatment of emotional disorders and derived from stress and trauma.
Unaccompanied minors (UM) are considered to be a highly vulnerable refugee subgroup. Research has indicated that UM experience traumatic events and consequently develop high levels of psychopathology. Post-traumatic stress disorder is the most prevalent diagnosis, followed by depression, anxiety disorders as well as traumatic grief and conduct problems. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) may be particularly suited to the treatment of survivors of trauma and with vulnerable refugee groups such as UM. A 5-week ACT group intervention will be carried out and its feasibility in UM will be explored along with its effect on mental health. The ACT group intervention will be based on a Self-Help Booklet by the World Health Organization "Doing What Matters in Times of Stress: An Illustrated Guide". Following the 5-week ACT group intervention, focus groups with participants will be carried out to examine its acceptability and will be analysed qualitatively, using thematic analysis.

Recent research has underlined that mental health of people with depression and anxiety has deteriorated over the last decades in Denmark as well as internationally, and has reached a degree where it is perceived as a global health challenge. By now, depression is the most common reason for early retirement on health grounds in Denmark. Early intervention in relation to patients with depression and anxiety is essential, as research further shows that many young people with mental health difficulties drop out of education and work. The overall purpose is to develop a shared care intervention in co-production with users, and to increase their recovery by strengthening the support and treatment using a newly developed shared care model. The study is designed as a non-randomized intervention study with a control group. Comparative analyzes will be performed with pre- and post-assessments. Patients will be recruited between August 2022 and February 2023. The patients are referred to outpatient clinics based on their home address. The two outpatient clinics should be comparable in terms of patients' diagnoses and staffing. ward. Mental health status and well-being are the primary outcomes. Self-reported questionnaires will be administered to both groups before and after the intervention. The study will be approved by the Research Ethical Committee of University of Southern Denmark and Region Zealand. The study findings will be published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences.

The general objective of this study is to determine the indicators of suitability, clinical utility and satisfaction of the transdiagnostic online intervention for the treatment of emotional disorders and those derived from stress and trauma in a Mexican community sample. The specific aims are: - To Carry out a screening evaluation from the transdiagnostic model by evaluating clinical indicators (depression, anxiety, acute / post-traumatic stress, emotional regulation strategies, intolerance to uncertainty) and that allow determining the frequency, intensity and severity of cases identified by type of emotional problem. - Measure the fidelity of the use of the intervention manual in each treatment condition. - Evaluate the degree of satisfaction, acceptance, complexity and modality of the transdiagnostic intervention. - To know the degree of suitability of the transdiagnostic intervention from the point of view of therapists and supervisors in relation to the problems of the studied sample and the recommendations for its improvement. - To compare the clinical utility of the transdiagnostic intervention via the internet for the treatment of emotional disorders and those derived from stress and trauma against the efficacy of the CBT intervention and the waiting list group.
