Long-Term Safety Follow-Up Study of SCM-AGH in Subjects Who Participated and Administered SCM-AGH in to Severe Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Trials

This is a long-term safety follow-up study of the Phase I/II multicenter study of SCM-AGH in subjects with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. subjects will be followed up for a maximum period of 240 weeks after the first dose of investigational product. Only subjects previously enrolled in protocol ADT2002 (ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT04179760) will be eligible for this long-term follow-up protocol.

Skin Tape Transcriptome Methods in Children

This pilot study will evaluate new methods for the collection, storage, shipment, and RNA extraction of skin tape specimens from children with atopic dermatitis (AD) that will facilitate the multi-center SunBeam Birth Cohort study. Additionally, this pilot study will test new methods for the generation of whole transcriptome sequencing data from skin tape RNA and whether these data reflect the transcriptional state of the skin in health and disease.

Post-authorization Safety Study in North America to Monitor Pregnancy and Infant Outcomes Following Administration of Dupilumab During Planned or Unexpected Pregnancy

The objective is to evaluate the potential effect of exposure to dupilumab in pregnancy compared to the primary comparison group of disease-matched pregnant women who are not exposed to dupilumab, and the secondary comparison group of healthy pregnant women. The primary outcome of the study is major structural defects, and the secondary outcomes of the study are spontaneous abortion/miscarriage, stillbirth, elective termination/abortion, premature delivery, small for gestational age, pattern of 3 or more minor structural defects, postnatal growth of live born children to 1 year of age, postnatal serious or opportunistic infections in live born children to 1 year of age, and hospitalizations in live children up to 1 year of age.

This is a single site, randomized, open-label comparison pilot study to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of KeraStat Cream compared with routine skin care (RSC) in managing radiotherapy-induced early adverse skin reaction (EASR) in patients undergoing radiotherapy to the head and/or neck. Hypothesis: The use of KeraStat Cream in patients receiving radiotherapy for head and neck is feasible, tolerable, and reduces the severity of early adverse skin reaction in the treated region of interest.

Study of Skin Microbiome in AD and PS Patients

Everybody's skin has bacteria that normally lives on it. Previous research has shown that people with eczema (or atopic dermatitis [AD]) have much higher concentrations of a certain bacteria (S. aureus), especially when their disease is active but little is known about the role that this bacteria plays in psoriasis (i.e. disease severity, biomarkers and skin barrier function). The overarching purpose of this longitudinal study is to understand how the abundance of skin S. aureus (and several commensal bacteria) change as a consequence of standard of care treatment in the URMC dermatology clinics. Other assays and biospecimens will also be collected to address a number of questions.
