This study will evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a simultaneous treatment by repetitive pulse magnetic stimulation and radiofrequency energy for toning of abdomen and reduction of subcutaneous fat. The study is a prospective multi-center open-label single-arm study. The subjects will be enrolled and assigned into a single study group. Subjects will be required to complete three (3) treatment visits and two to three follow-up visits. All of the study subjects will receive the treatment with the subject device.

This research will test the WeCareAdvisor tool for family caregivers of military veterans with dementia to help caregivers assess, manage and track behavioral symptoms and their contributing factors (e.g., pain, sleep disturbance), and that provides tailored strategies for in-home, medication-free behavior management. 60 caregiver-person with dementia dyads will be recruited (30 Treatment Group, 30 Wait-List Control Group).

Reducing the Abuse Liability of Prescription Opioids

Opioid (commonly called narcotic) pain medicines are, after marijuana, the most commonly abused substances in the United States. Patients who take opioids for legitimate reasons may become addicted; for example, as many as 1 in 4 patients meet the criteria for current opioid dependence. It is very important that a way is found to provide pain relief while minimizing the addiction potential of these widely used pain medications. The study aim to find out if the use of another type of medication given in addition to an opioid will reduce the addiction potential of the opioid. The study is trying to find out if the ability of the opioid to relieve pain is changed when given with the other medication, and to see if the euphoric sensation or "liking" of the opioid pain medication is reduced when taken with the other medication.

In this evaluation, four versions of emails will be sent to eligible health plan members who are not currently enrolled in the health system's mail-order pharmacy. A control group will not receive any communication. The researchers hypothesize that the use of content informed by behavioral nudge theory in the emails should lead to increased enrollment in the health system's mail-order pharmacy.
