There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Participants with Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Peritoneal Cancer that has recurred within 12 months of prior treatment that includes Platinum Chemotherapy are invited to take part in this study. This research study is studying a combination of a new chemotherapy drug called Ricolinostat together with the chemotherapy Paclitaxel and a drug called Bevacizumab as a possible treatment for this diagnosis.
Assessment of quality of life and symptoms changes in primary or secondary, unilateral or bilateral lower extremity lymphedema patients using an advanced pneumatic compression system.
A Retrospective-Prospective Study of REDAPT Revision Femoral System Modular Stem is a post-market, retrospective-prospective, multi-center, single arm, consecutive series study design to provide data on the post market performance and safety of the study device. The study will collect retrospective data from medical records review and prospective data from observations data at 5 and 10 postoperatively clinical visits. There will also be a 7.5 year telephone follow up contact to assess for device status and adverse events.
The purpose of the study is to assess the long-term safety profile of Ad26.ZEBOV and MVA-BN-Filo in participants previously exposed to these vaccines in Phase 1, 2, or 3 clinical studies.
The purpose of this study is to compare the physical fitness performance—as measured by the Air Force Physical Fitness Test (PFT)—of subjects that, in conjunction with exercise, will take creatine supplementation over a four week period versus those that do not.
The risk of cardiovascular mortality in patients with end stage renal disease on hemodialysis is 10-100 times higher than the normal population. This is due in part to high levels of inflammation and vascular calcification found in these patients. Phosphate binders, particularly non-calcium based phosphate binders, may decrease cardiovascular risk by decreasing inflammation and vascular calcification. Ferric citrate a non-calcium based phosphate binder with approximately 210 mg of ferric iron has recently been approved for patients on hemodialysis. The effect of this phosphate binder on inflammation and lipid levels is unknown but investigators hypothesize that ferric citrate has the potential to improve inflammation and lipid levels in patients on hemodialysis by decreasing intravenous iron requirements and by improving lipid metabolism.
A Phase 1/2, Open Label Study of SL-401 in Combination with Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone In Relapsed and Refractory Multiple Myeloma
This proposed study sets out to examine the antidepressant effects of tocilizumab among patients with treatment-refractory major depression.
The purpose of this study is to provide confirmatory evidence of the safety and efficacy of two Dysport® (AbobotulinumtoxinA) doses (600 units [U] and 800 U), compared to placebo in reducing urinary incontinence (UI) in adult subjects treated for neurogenic detrusor overactivity (NDO) due to spinal cord injury (SCI) or multiple sclerosis (MS).
The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and select optimal biological doses (OBD) of the study drug NT-I7 in High Grade Glioma patients with severe lymphopenia, as well as to test the effect of NT-I7 on the CD4 counts of patients in comparison to control participants. This study has both a Phase I and Pilot component.
