TRANSCEND FL
Start date: July 14, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a global Phase 2, open-label, single-arm, multicohort, multicenter study to evaluate efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with r/r FL or MZL. The study will be conducted in compliance with the International Council on Harmonisation (ICH) of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use/Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements. This study is divided into three periods: - Pretreatment, which consists of screening assessments, leukapheresis and the Pretreatment evaluation; - Treatment, which starts with the administration of lymphodepleting (LD) chemotherapy and continues through JCAR017 administration at Day 1 with follow-up through Day 29; - Posttreatment, which includes follow-up assessments for disease status and safety for 5 years.

NCT ID: NCT04245150 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Invasive Breast Cancer

Assessing the Impact of the Microbiome on Breast Cancer Radiotherapy Toxicity

Start date: March 21, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Microorganisms in the human body (such as virus, bacteria, fungus) may have an important role in breast cancer side effects. In this study, microorganisms will be analyzed to determine which, if any,are present. It will then be determined if side effects from breast radiation are associated with these microorganisms. Understanding the association of microorganisms with side effects will allow the study team to look at strategies to reduce side effects for patients undergoing radiation to the breast.

Start date: March 10, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the effects of peripheral nerve stimulation on opioid withdrawal, craving, and use in participants with opioid use disorder (OUD) who are initiating treatment with buprenorphine/naloxone. This is a pilot investigation in which participants will randomized (1:1) to the active or sham treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04244175 Active, not recruiting - Seizures Clinical Trials

A Trial of the Efficacy and Safety of CVL-865 as Adjunctive Therapy in the Treatment of Focal Onset Seizures

Start date: January 27, 2020
Phase: Phase 2

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability profile of CVL-865 as adjunctive treatment in participants with drug-resistant focal onset seizures.

NCT ID: NCT04243889 Active, not recruiting - Spina Bifida Clinical Trials

Fetoscopic NEOX Cord 1K® Spina Bifida Repair

Start date: August 28, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To fetoscopically use cryopreserved human umbilical cord allografts, named NEOX Cord 1K®, as a spinal cord cover of spina bifida defects. This procedure will be performed to create a watertight seal covering over the spinal cord in order to decrease the incidence rates of postnatal morbidities. For larger skin defects, NEOX Cord 1K® may be used as a skin cover.

NCT ID: NCT04243759 Active, not recruiting - Drinking Behavior Clinical Trials

Inhibitory Control Smartphone App

Start date: November 9, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The proposed study will address a critical knowledge gap: there are no evidence-based smartphone apps for reducing young adult drinking. The purpose of the study is to test alcohol-related smartphone applications designed to provide assistance during actual drinking situations to help young adults reduce their drinking. It is the researchers hypothesis that participants will self-administer less alcohol when using the experimental app with feedback.
