Low Dose Aprepitant for Patients Receiving Carboplatin

This study evaluates a simple one day prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting for patients who are getting carboplatin based chemotherapy. In addition to standard oral Dexamethasone and oral Ondansetron, participants will be given a third neurokinin 1 (NK1) antagonist agent, either a single dose of oral Aprepitant or intravenous (IV) Fosaprepitant (they have been shown to be equally effective) to improve prevention of nausea and vomiting. No medications need to be taken beyond day 1.

This pilot study evaluates the use of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined with pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic breast cancer. One-half of participants will be randomized to receive the first dose of pembrolizumab after HIFU and one-half of participants will be randomized to receive their first dose of pembrolizumab before HIFU.

Secondary Objectives: - To assess the effects of SAR407899 on quality of life using Seattle Angina Questionnaire physical limitation scale (SAQ-PL) in participants with MVA and/or persistent stable angina despite angiographically successful PCI. - To assess the safety of SAR407899 in participants with MVA and/or persistent stable angina despite angiographically successful PCI with a focus on identified risks such as hypotension and orthostatic hypotension. - To assess SAR407899 plasma concentrations in MVA participants and/or persistent stable angina despite angiographically successful PCI.

Chronic Effects of Fats on Satiety & Energy Needs

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of dietary fat on satiety (the experience of fullness between one meal and the next) and energy metabolism over an extended period of time (chronic effects). How dietary fat sources affect satiety, appetite and energy use is unclear. The investigators will use a controlled setting for the studies. They want to know if the source of dietary fat alters satiety, satiety hormones, and energy expenditure responses after consuming different diets.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of topically administered AG013 compared to placebo for reducing Oral Mucositis (OM) in patients undergoing chemoradiation for the treatment of head and neck cancer, as measured by the duration, time to development, and overall incidence of OM during the active treatment phase, beginning from the start of chemoradiation therapy (CRT) until 2 weeks following its completion. The effect of AG013 on patient-reported symptoms and analgesic use during the active treatment phase, and on the cumulative radiation dose administered before the onset of OM will also be evaluated, as will biomarkers and, in a subset of subjects, the PK (pharmacokinetic) profile of AG013.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of three common techniques for the treatment of lateral epicondylosis. Through objective and subjective assessments this study will determine the effectiveness of the Astym Treatment Technique, the Graston Treatment Technique, and therapeutic ultrasound in the conservative treatment of lateral epicondylosis. It is hypothesized that the more manual Astym technique and Graston technique will produce more significant results than the more frequently utilized ultrasound.

Background: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States. Most people with lung cancer are already in the advanced stages of the disease by the time they see a doctor. Researchers want to see if combining an approved drug with two new drugs can help. Objective: To study if tetrahydrouridine-decitabine (THU-DAC) with pembrolizumab is safe and effective in people with non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Eligibility: People 18 years and older who have NSCLC that cannot be removed by surgery Design: Participants will be screened with - Medical history - Physical exam - Blood and urine tests - Tests of heart and lung function They may have a small tumor sample taken (biopsy). They may have tumor scans. Before starting treatment, participants will repeat the screening tests. They will also give a stool sample. The study will be done in 3-week cycles for up to 6 cycles. - Participants will take the 2 study drugs by mouth 3-5 days a week. - Participants will get pembrolizumab in a vein for 30 minutes 1 day each cycle. Participants will keep a study medication diary. During cycle 1, participants will have blood taken multiple times on days 1 and 2. Every 3 cycles, participants will repeat screening tests. Participants will have a mandatory tumor biopsy. When they finish treatment, participants will have a physical exam and blood tests.
