A Multi-site Clinical Evaluation of Capillary Blood Samples Collected Using the Tasso+SST Device for Downstream Analyte Testing

This is a prospective, multi-center study within the U.S. Study participants will take part in two study visits a minimum of 14 days apart. During each visit, participants will self-collect capillary blood samples. Additionally, a healthcare provide will obtain capillary and venous serum samples. All capillary samples will be collected from the upper arm using the Tasso+ device paired with a commercially-available serum separator gel microtainer. The samples will be shipped to a clinical laboratory and tested for various analytes. Expected analyte values for each participant will be based on their venous sample results which will be compared to Tasso sample results

Phase 1 Study of GEN2 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Protocol GVO-1102 is a phase 1, open label, multi-center study in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. This study includes two parts: dose escalation and dose expansion. In the dose escalation phase, GEN2 will be administered at increasing dose levels via intravenous infusion on Days 1, 3 and 8 every 4 weeks. Valganciclovir will start dosing on Day 12 and continue for 10 days (through Day 21). Once a recommended dose has been defined in approximately 40-50 patients, the dose expansion phase will initiate. Approximately 15 patients per tumor type will be enrolled in the dose expansion phase.

PD, PK, and Safety of ALTO-203 in Patients With MDD

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the pharmacodynamic effects of ALTO-203 in patients with MDD in a randomized, placebo-controlled, single-dose crossover treatment period. Additionally, safety, tolerability, and PK will be assessed in a subsequent randomized placebo-controlled multi-dose parallel-group treatment period of 28 days. Participants will complete subjective response questionnaires and perform cognitive tasks during the single-dose period, in which participants will receive ALTO-203 25 μg and 75 μg, as well as placebo. During the multiple-dose period, participants will receive either ALTO-203 25 μg, 75 μg , or placebo. Safety will be assessed over the single dose and 28-day multiple dose periods.

HOBSCOTCH for People With Post Acute COVID-19 Syndrome (PACS)

The goal of this pilot study is to assess the feasibility of adapting and delivering the existing home-based epilepsy self-management intervention, HOBSCOTCH, for people with Post Acute Covid Syndrome (PACS). The main questions it aims to answer are: Can the current HOBSCOTCH program be adapted for people with PACS? Will people with PACS experience improved quality of life similar to that found in people with epilepsy after participating in the HOBSCOTCH program? Participants will be asked to: - attend nine, one-hour virtual (online and/or by telephone) HOBSCOTCH-PACS sessions with a one-on-one certified HOBSCOTCH-PACS coach - complete a brief clinical questionnaire about their diagnosis of PACS - complete seven questionnaires before and after the HOBSCOTCH-PACS sessions about their quality of life, memory and thinking processes (objective and subjective cognition), about their physical and mental health and about autonomic symptoms associated with their diagnosis of PACS - keep a short daily diary (using a smart phone app or on paper) about their PACS symptoms and use of the self-management strategies taught in the HOBSCOTCH-PACS program - complete two brief surveys to assess satisfaction with their experience after the entire HOBSCOTCH-PACS program

In the critically ill population, fluid administration in an unstable patient is perhaps the most common intervention that is performed. Uncorrected hypovolemia with inappropriate vasopressors lead to organ hypoperfusion where as overzealous fluid administration especially in ARDS (Adult respiratory distress syndrome) can increase mortality. It has been estimated that only 50% of hemodynamically unstable critically ill patients are volume responsive, hence dynamic assessment of preload responsiveness has been proposed to better identify those individuals who would benefit from fluid bolus.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the Spotlight AQ survey platform to the standard of care (SOC) pre-clinic assessment in adolescents & young adults (16-25 years old) with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). The main questions it aims to answer are: - Does using the Spotlight AQ survey in clinic decrease the A1c in the people who use it? - Do patients and healthcare providers like using the spotlight AQ survey? Participants will use the Spotlight AQ survey before coming in to two standard of care T1D clinic visits Participants will fill out surveys describing how they feel about using the Spotlight AQ survey. Some participants may be asked to do an interview to talk about how they feel about the Spotlight AQ survey.
