There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This partnership between Talkspace and the UW ALACRITY Center will determine how effective unlimited text-based psychotherapy for depression is when compared to once-a-week psychotherapy. This study will also determine what the best treatment options are for people who are not responding well to either unlimited texting or weekly psychotherapy. The results of this study will be a new product version of message-based care that can tailor psychotherapy intensity based on the needs of future consumers with depression.
AL (or light chain) amyloidosis begins in the bone marrow where abnormal proteins misfold and create free light chains that cannot be broken down. These free light chains bind together to form amyloid fibrils that build up in the extracellular space of organs, affecting the kidneys, heart, liver, spleen, nervous system and digestive tract. The primary purpose of this study is to determine whether CAEL-101, a monoclonal antibody that removes AL amyloid deposits from tissues and organs, improves overall survival and it is safe and well tolerated in patients with stage IIIa AL amyloidosis.
This is a phase I, dose-escalation, open-label clinical trial determining the safety and tolerability of adding Pitavastatin to Venetoclax in subjects with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML). These are subjects who are newly diagnosed subjects with AML who are ineligible for intensive induction chemotherapy, relapsed/refractory CLL or newly diagnosed CLL.
This study is a Phase 2 multicenter study with a Safety Lead-in evaluating safety and efficacy of MT-401 administration to patients with AML, who have received their first allogeneic HSCT. The dose administered is 50 x 10^6 cells (flat dosing).
The study is examining differences in central arterial stiffness, orthostatic changes in blood pressure, norepinephrine, and plasma renin in individuals with spinal cord injury compared with age-matched uninjured controls.
Healthcare for older adults with multiple chronic conditions (MCCs) is burdensome and of uncertain benefit, resulting in unwanted and unhelpful care. Patient Priorities Care (PPC) aligns care with patients' health priorities (i.e. the health outcomes most desired given the healthcare each is willing and able to receive). The aim of this project is to test, using a parallel group design involving 2 matched primary care sites, whether PPC decreases patient treatment burden and unwanted and unnecessary health care as well as assess what the value of this program is for patients.
Single institution study of safety of linac based VMAT TBI for myeloablative treatment in hematologic malignancies.
DZD1516 is an oral, blood brain barrier penetrable, selective HER2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of DZD1516 in patients with metastatic HER2 positive breast cancer who have progressed following prior therapy. This is the first time this drug has ever been tested in patients, and so it will help to understand what type of side effects may occur with the drug treatment. It will also measure the levels of drug in the body and assess its anti-cancer activity as monotherapy and in combination with trastuzumab and/or capecitabine, or in combination with T-DM1
To assess whether changes in quantitative tumor perfusion parameters after 3 weeks of treatment, as measured by power Doppler ultrasound, can predict initial objective response, defined by current standard-of-care, to therapy at 12 weeks after start of treatment
A Superiority Study To Compare The Effect of Panzyga Versus Placebo in Patients with Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome
