There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Older women with cardiovascular disease (CVD) are at greater risk for memory loss, an important public health issue due to the negative effects to quality of life and health care costs. This research will be the first to examine the independent and combined effects of a lifestyle physical activity intervention and cognitive training on memory performance and memory-related serum biomarkers in this vulnerable population. The investigators will incorporate a practical lifestyle approach that can be delivered in the home and community settings to prevent or delay memory loss in older women with CVD.
This phase I/II trial investigates the best dose and effect of alisertib in combination with pembrolizumab in treating patients with Rb-deficient head and neck squamous cell cancer. Alisertib may help block the growth of cancer.. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving alisertib in combination with pembrolizumab may help control Rb-deficient head and neck squamous cell cancer. HPV positive head and neck cancers are Rb-deficient.
This is a Phase I multi-center study to evaluate the safety of FT596 when given with rituximab as relapse prevention in patients who have undergone an autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant (auto-HSCT) for diffuse large or high-grade B cell lymphoma.
This study will test the safety of the study treatment, MCARH109, at different doses, to see which dose is safest in people, and to look for any good and bad effects of this treatment. The study treatment could stop the growth of the cancer, but it could also cause side effects.
This pilot, prospective study will assess the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 convalescent plasma versus standard care as treatment for severe and/or critical COVID-19 (as defined in the inclusion criteria) in adults 18 years of age and older. A total of 350 eligible subjects will receive a transfusion of anti-SARS-CoV2 ( severe acute respiratory syndrome) convalescent plasma.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the SOMAVAC® 100 Sustained Vacuum System after oncologic resections.
This study investigates how seizures can vary over time with changes in low grade gliomas and its treatments. This study may help doctors find symptoms or triggers of seizures earlier than normal, and ultimately earlier care or treatment for seizures.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cryolipolysis of the medial infragluteal fold to create the appearance of a gluteal lift.
To assess the safety and tolerability of increasing doses of PF-07104091 and to estimate the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and/or select the Recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for PF-07104091 as a single agent in participants with advanced or metastatic small cell lung, breast and ovarian cancers.
The purpose of this study is to find out whether injecting ALA into the skin with a jet-injection device and activating the drug with light is a safe treatment that causes few or mild side effects in people with basal cell carcinoma.
