Effects of Tildrakizumab on Epigenetic Age

Start date: April 8, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Design: Single-center open-label clinical trial. Objective: Evaluate if tildrakizumab reverses peripheral blood leukocyte DNA methylation (epigenetic aging) observed in chronic psoriasis. Number of subjects: 30. Intervention group: 20 (10 men, 10 women) with moderate-to-severe psoriasis. Control group: 10 (5 men, 5 women) with other skin diagnosis. Population: >35-year-old subjects will be recruited from Brown Dermatology clinics. Biological samples: Blood samples will be collected for all subjects at screening, and weeks 16, 28 and 52. Urine pregnancy tests will be performed for females of childbearing potential at weeks 4, 16, and 28. Serum pregnancy test and QuantiFERON test for tuberculosis will be performed at screening visit. Safety parameters: Adverse events, and screening, week 16, week 28 blood samples laboratory results. Females of childbearing potential: serum pregnancy test at screening visit, urine pregnancy test at weeks 4, 16, and 28. Data Safety Monitoring Board will review data and laboratory flags quarterly. Study center: Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, RI, USA. Trial Duration: One year.

The study aims to characterize prospectively longitudinal progression of neurological domains in GM1 and GM2 Gangliosidosis patients with high-quality standards (GCP compliant).

NCT ID: NCT05109312 Active, not recruiting - Analgesia Clinical Trials

A Multi-surgery Assessment of ZYNRELEF (HTX-011), AMAZE. Master Protocol HTX-011-401.

Start date: October 12, 2021
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 4, randomized, blinded, active-controlled, multicohort study to evaluate HTX-011 compared with bupivacaine HCl in subjects undergoing different surgical procedures. Each parallel cohort will enroll subjects undergoing a unique surgical procedure: total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA) in Cohort 1 and abdominoplasty in Cohort 2.

NCT ID: NCT05109091 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Multiple System Atrophy

Study of ATH434 in Participants With Multiple System Atrophy

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will assess the safety and efficacy of ATH434 in participants with Multiple System Atrophy

NCT ID: NCT05108805 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cell Therapy With YESCARTA in the Outpatient Setting

Start date: December 2, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

We hope to demonstrate that YESCARTA can be safely administered in the outpatient setting if we closely monitor subjects with physical exams, wearable devices, and telemedicine visits and only admit those who meet specified criteria

NCT ID: NCT05108428 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Rectal Adenocarcinoma

Adaptive Radiation for Locally Advanced Rectal Adenocarcinoma

Start date: December 23, 2021
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-guided adaptive chemoradiation therapy to improve response to treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05107050 Active, not recruiting - Wound of Skin Clinical Trials

Comparing a Synergistic Antimicrobial Cleanser and Gel to Normal Saline and an Amorphous Gel in Reducing Bioburden and Promoting Healing in Chronic Lower Extremity Ulcers

Start date: December 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study is a randomized double-blind controlled clinical trial designed to compare healing rates between normal saline wash in combination with an amorphous gel (NSS-HG) versus the grouping of a synergistic antimicrobial cleanser (AMC) and antimicrobial gel (AMG) in chronic lower extremity ulcers. After consenting, the ulcers of eligible subjects are measured, photographed and undergo the MolecuLight imaging procedure (MiX). The subject is then randomized to one of two arms: target ulcer cleansed saline wash and an amorphous gel (NSS-HG) or synergistic antimicrobial cleanser (AMC) and antimicrobial gel (AMG). After cleansing the wound a second MiX is performed. The subject is given a four-week supply.

NCT ID: NCT05106088 Active, not recruiting - Rotator Cuff Tears Clinical Trials

Variation in Humeral Head Bone Marrow Characteristics With Rotator Cuff Repair Healing

Start date: November 22, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study investigates correlations between humeral head bone marrow characteristics and tendon healing of rotator cuff repairs. The anticipated results would motivate future research aimed to investigate local enrichment or transplantation of connective tissue progenitor cells to augment rotator cuff repair and the pursuit of novel methods of bone marrow screening to preoperatively identify patients with bone marrow characteristics related to rotator cuff repair success or failure.
