There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This first-in-human study will evaluate the recommended dose for further clinical development, safety, tolerability, anti-tumor activity, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of NBE-002, a novel anti-ROR1 antibody-drug conjugate, in patients with advanced solid tumors.
This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, clinical trial evaluating patients undergoing breast conserving surgery using the LUM Imaging System.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, 28-day study of adult participants hospitalized with COVID-19, with a safety follow-up telephone call at Day 60.
This phase II trial studies how well infliximab and intravenous immunoglobulin therapy work in treating patients with pneumonitis that does not respond to steroid treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies such as, infliximab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Intravenous immunoglobulin therapy may improve pneumonitis. It is not yet known whether giving infliximab and intravenous immunoglobulin therapy will work better in treating patients with pneumonitis.
A prospective randomized controlled study to determine the safety and feasibility of using processed amniotic fluid (pAF) to expedite healing in chronic wounds.
To investigate whether implantation of a capsular tension ring device will affect the degree of rotation of an implanted toric intraocular lens following cataract surgery.
The TRANSLATE study aims to better understand why tumors become resistant to standard anti-cancer therapies. New tumor biopsy and blood samples are collected after disease progression on standard-of-care anti-cancer treatment and compared to the initial (archival) tumor biopsy sample taken from the same patient. Annotated reports of results from clinical Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) gene panel tests of both tumor and blood are sent directly from the testing lab to the study physician for discussion with the patient during the study. Patients may participate in interventional treatment clinical trials at the same time as participating in the TRANSLATE study. Primary data will be publicly available after the study to support further research.
The overall objective of this proposed project is to prospectively evaluate the epigenetic and developmental effects of paternal cannabis and other drug use in offspring.
The HCW Prophylaxis (HCWP) Study, single, open and off label intervention study. Up to 350 participants will be assigned to group that takes HCQ or group that opts to not take study medication. Participants will be UNM HEALTH SYSTEM HCW at high risk for occupational exposure to SARSCoV- 2. Study timepoints will include Day 1 screening/enrollment, 30 day, 60 day, and 90 day assessments. Questionnaires will be collected in all timepoints.
The purpose of the study is to assess the effects of selexipag on right ventricular (RV) function in participants with Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
