NCT ID: NCT03888534 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Precursor Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia-lymphoma

Intravenous Ixazomib in Pediatric Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) or Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (LLy)

Start date: October 31, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), safety and toxicity, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of ixazomib administered intravenously in combination with multiagent reinduction chemotherapy in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory ALL or LLy.

NCT ID: NCT03887793 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Human Papillomavirus Infection

Quality Improvement Strategies to Increase Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination in Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems

Start date: January 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

HPV vaccination coverage is at lower levels than the national goal. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement strategies for increasing HPV vaccination coverage among adolescent within the context of large integrated health care delivery systems.

NCT ID: NCT03886337 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Bacterial Transmission

Impact of Germicidal Light

Start date: May 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Visible light at 405nm has been shown to be germicidal. The hypothesis is that use of this light (Indigo-Clean Lights) in operating rooms will reduce S. aureus transmission occurring within and between patients and reduce surgical site infections (SSIs). Investigators will evaluate a case-control study where patients undergoing surgery with the lights are matched with patients undergoing surgery without germicidal lights.

NCT ID: NCT03884972 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Trabectedin and Venetoclax in Treating Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma Resistant or Intolerant to a BTK Inhibitor

Start date: June 18, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/Ib trial studies the best dose and side effects of trabectedin and venetoclax in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that is resistant or intolerant to a BTK inhibitor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as trabectedin and venetoclax, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

NCT ID: NCT03884400 Withdrawn - Healthy Clinical Trials

Distribution of Biospecimens From Biorepositories/Biobanks for Research Use

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This protocol seeks to assist biorepositories/biobanks in distributing their stored specimens and data to researchers that will actually utilize them to advance medicine and technology.

NCT ID: NCT03884296 Withdrawn - Influenza Clinical Trials

Response to Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine in Tonsillar Tissues and Blood

FLU-Tonsil
Start date: April 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This is one project of a larger ongoing study related to the immune system's response to the flu virus. This study is designed to investigate the immune response to a nasal flu immunization in tonsillar tissue compared to what can be measured in the blood.

NCT ID: NCT03883945 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Papulopustular Rosacea

A Safety and Efficacy Study to Evaluate Rosacea

Start date: July 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetic profile of ascending concentrations of the study medication compared with vehicle in subjects with rosacea.

NCT ID: NCT03883360 Withdrawn - Cannabis Use Clinical Trials

Effects of Cannabidiol on Psychiatric Symptoms, Cognition, and Cannabis Consumption in Cannabis Users With Recent-Onset Psychosis

Start date: January 2050
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A large proportion of people with a schizophrenia-spectrum disorder, especially in the early stages of the disease, regularly consume cannabis. Cannabis use is associated with poor prognostic outcome; however, there are no effective interventions targeted at reducing cannabis use or its deleterious effects in this population. The present trial is designed to test whether cannabidiol (CBD), a cannabinoid whose effects are in many ways antagonistic to those of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), can reduce psychiatric symptoms, cognitive deficits, and cannabis use in people with recent-onset psychosis who regularly consume cannabis.

NCT ID: NCT03881748 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Peripheral Neuropathy

Clinical Trial of Acupuncture for Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy

Start date: October 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if one acupuncture treatment approach is more effective than another in helping to relieve chemo-therapy induced neuropathy in cancer patients. If eligible to take part in this study, participants will be randomly assigned to 1 of 2 groups - group 1 participants will receive traditional acupuncture treatments 2 times a week for a total of 20 sessions. Group 2 participants will have acupuncture sessions with electrical stimulation 2 times a week for a total of 20 sessions.

NCT ID: NCT03881735 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Enasidenib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia With an IDH2 Gene Mutation

Start date: December 2, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well enasidenib works in treating in patients with acute myeloid leukemia with an IDH2 gene mutation that has come back or has not responded to treatment. Enasidenib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. In this study we are investing if enasidenib can be used as maintenance therapy post salvage induction chemotherapy.
