There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
To evaluate the clinical pregnancy rate (pregnancy defined as fetal heartbeat at 6-8 weeks) with the adjunctive use of the Hera System (Hera System used with traditional morphological grading) with embryos already deemed suitable for transfer compared to trained embryologists using standard morphology criteria alone.
SL03-OHD-105 is an open-label, multicenter, phase 1b trial designed to evaluate SL-172154 administered in combination with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) or mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in patients with platinum resistant ovarian cancer. Approximately 102 patients will be enrolled in this study in two phases: dose escalation and dose expansion.
The recent four RCTs evaluating effects of RBC storage age on morbidity and mortality found no statistically significant adverse effects of longer stored RBC compared to shorter storage ages. Unfortunately, none of these RCTs had sufficient numbers of subjects receiving RBC at either storage age extreme to identify consequences of RBC transfusion at these limits. To better investigate effects of RBC storage age on clinical outcomes, this study will perform secondary meta-analyses of merged common patient data elements -individual patient data (IPD) meta-analysis (IPDMA) - from the nearly 33,000 subjects enrolled in the four RCTs.
The purpose of this research is to determine if detergents in everyday products such as toothpaste make the lining of the esophagus leaky and cause allergic inflammation.
This post-market global registry will evaluate the ability of the Ablamap® Software to identify atrial fibrillation sources and guide ablation therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation.

AOC 1001-CS2 (MARINA-OLE) is a Phase 2 extension of the AOC 1001-CS1 (MARINA) study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, efficacy, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of multiple-doses of AOC 1001 Administered Intravenously to Adult Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1 (DM1) patients
The proposed research study will be a prospective observational study designed to validate the Canadian Triage Assessment Scale (CTAS) in regard to work of breathing in patients in the emergency department. The investigators will assess inter-rater agreement between nurses & emergency physicians for assessment of work of breathing.
An intervention study to provide in-the-moment parenting tips with the goal of increasing healthy parent-child interactions leading to resiliency in high-risk children. Specifically, in a sample of parents participating in HV programs, the investigators will use a smartphone app (mHealth app) to deliver daily tailored messages with tips on monitoring and promoting child development. Daily assessments of parents' emotions, parenting behaviors, and interactions with their children will also be collected via the app. During the 4-week EMA study, parents will receive either 2 weeks of the mHealth intervention + EMA data collection followed by 2 weeks of only EMA data collection or to receive 2 weeks of only EMA data collection followed by 2 weeks of mHealth intervention + EMA data collection.
The LITMUS Imaging Study is a prospectively recruited, observational study of patients with histologically characterised non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). It aims to evaluate the diagnostic performance of imaging biomarkers (ultrasound elastography and magnetic resonance biomarkers) against NAFLD histological scores in a cross-sectional analysis and the natural history of NAFLD in a longitudinal study.
