There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this research is to examine if an experimental drug combination impacts the survival rate of individuals with Leptomeningeal Metastases This research study involves an experimental drug combination. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: - Pembrolizumab - Lenvatinib
This is a single center, prospective, non-randomized prospective observational data collection study of the Verily Patch. The Verily Patch is an investigational wearable, continuous temperature sensor which will be evaluated against reference oral and axillary temperature measurements to support development activities for the Verily Patch.
This is an interventional, single group assignment, prospective nonrandomized, open label Phase 2 trial designed to evaluate 18F-DCFPyL PET imaging in men diagnosed with prostate cancer with increasing prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels.
This research project has 2 parts: The first part of the research is to develop a couples-based group mindfulness intervention for men undergoing prostatectomy, with input from patients and their partners. The second part is the trial registered here, which will pilot the researchers' mindfulness intervention, developed in part 1, and observe any reduction of distress for men undergoing prostatectomy and their partners.
The main objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of SZC as compared to placebo in maintaining normal sK+ in patients with hyperkalemia and metabolic acidosis associated with CKD
TAC01-HER2 is a novel cell therapy that consists of genetically engineered autologous T cells expressing T-cell Antigen Coupler (TAC) that recognizes human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). TAC directs T-cells to the targeted antigen (HER2), and once engaged with the target, activates them via the endogenous T cell receptor. This is an open-label, multicenter Phase 1/2 study that aims to establish safety, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), pharmacokinetic profile and efficacy of TAC01-HER2 as a monotherapy, and in combination with pembrolizumab, in subjects with HER2 positive gastric and gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation and expansion study evaluating the safety, tolerability, PK, antitumor activity, and effect on biomarkers of XL102 administered orally alone and in multiple combination regimens to subjects with advanced solid tumors.
This is a Phase II, single arm, open-label study to determine if treatment with eculizumab prolongs pregnancy compared to historical controls in women with preeclampsia between 23-30 weeks gestation.
The purpose of this study is to assess the ability of an artificial intelligence smartphone-enabled point of care ECG to detect COVID-19.
A 2-part, multicenter, Phase 2/3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of upamostat in adult patients with COVID-19 disease who do not require inpatient care.
