Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); From time to time, significant involvement in dusts or gases and abnormal disease outbreaks are observed, which are observed throughout life in the period when the cause has just emerged, interruption of air flow with disruptions in air flow, shortness of breath, increase in the amount of secretion. Directly or indirectly, very high costs are incurred in COPD care and promotion. While mild stages are treated without directed hospitalization, hospitalizations become more frequent as the disease progresses, and the duration of hospitalization in each acute attack increases compared to the next attack. Acute exacerbations of COPD negatively affect the rates of rehospitalization and emergency service admissions, and the living conditions of this condition, whose long-term cause of death and morbidity has not yet been revealed, do not lead to negative aspects. Exercise programs applied in chronic diseases should include stopping their illnesses, increasing sleep during the disease, stopping inflammatory acuteness, and in addition to treatment, the rest of the patients should be normal. It has been stated that it is more effective than home-based hospital system applications in pulmonary regulation, and it has been taken positively from applications compatible with the basic field, as everywhere in the world. In this direction, the effect of home-based monitoring, education and exercise training applied to individuals with COPD via tele-consultancy method on repeated hospitalization and quality of life is revealed.
Except for patients with referred clinical bruxism and uncontrolled medical conditions, the study included 123 implants with implanted fixed prostheses that had lasted at least six months after functional prosthetic loading. In all implant patients, the health scale ranged from implants and natural teeth to plaque, gingival index, bleeding in the probe, mouth depth, loss of clinical attachment, and dental implants. The health and illness of the implants have been determined. Patients were divided into three groups: peri-implantitis, peri-implant mucositis, and peri-implant health. Inclusion Criteria: - Patients between the ages of 18- 70 - Drugs that have a systemically healthy and controlled treatment situation - Drivers who have implant-supported fixed prostheses that have been at least six months after functional prosthetic loading Among these groups, it was checked whether periodontitis was seen in patients with peri-implantitis, gingivitis in patients with peri-implant mucositis, and whether healthy gums were seen in individuals with peri-implant health. To determine the health and disease status of individuals' implants, plaque index (Silness Loe 1964), gingival index (Loe Silness 1963), bleeding on probing (Ainoma Bay 1975), pocket depth measurements, and clinical attachment level were collected.
To determine the Effect of Focusing on the Virgin Mary Flower during the Birth Process on Labor Pain, Labor Duration and Perceived Fatigue in Birth. Method: The study will be completed in a randomized controlled manner with a total of 126 primiparous pregnant women, 63 in the experimental group and 63 in the control group. Pregnant women in the experimental group will focus on the Virgin Mary flower in the water-filled jar and imagine that their uterus and birth path are opening like the branches of the Virgin Mary flower that blooms as labor pains come. There will be no intervention in the control group other than routine midwifery care. Research data will be collected with the Pregnant Introduction and Birth Process Follow-up Form, Visual Analog Scale, and Visual Similarity Scale for Fatigue.
Hallux valgus (HV) is a tri-planar, painful and common foot deformity characterized by the medial orientation of the first metatarsal, lateral deviation and pronation of the big toe at the level of the first metatarsophalangeal joint. Due to the increase in the severity of hallux valgus deformity, dissatisfaction with the appearance of the foot, difficulty choosing shoes due to bunions and pain, difficulty walking and accordingly, restriction in daily activities, the functional levels and health-related quality of life of individuals are negatively affected. The aim of this study is to compare the effect of using a toe separator orthosis and dynamic orthosis for 1 month on hallux valgus angle and plantar pressure in individuals with hallux valgus.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the catheter related bladder discomfort in patients who will undergoing TUR-P operation. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Is sacral ESPB effective on the pudendal nerve dermatome? - Is sacral ESPB as useful as pudendal block on CRBD? Participants will be divided into two groups and the first group will receive sacral espb after TUR-p operation and the second group will receive pudendal block. Investigators will be present for 24 hours - catheter related bladder discomfort - post-operative pain, - additional analgesic needs will be questioned and the difference between the two groups will be evaluated.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of stabilization and stabilization-related parameters on shooting performance at the cervical, lumbal and scapular levels in archery athletes. A total of 40 archery athletes aged between 10 and 18, who have been professionally engaged in archery for at least 1 year were included in the study. Demographic information and musculoskeletal system evaluations of the athletes were done. Performance of the athletes via Upper Extremity Closed Kinetic Chain Stability Test, Hand Grip Strength test; presence of scapular dyskinesia was evaluated via the Lateral Scapular Slide Test. Cervical region stabilization was evaluated via Craniocervical Flexion Test, scapular level stabilization was evaluated via Scapular Muscle Endurance Test, lumbar region stabilization was evaluated via Abdominal Drawing-in Test and Sahrmann's Core Stability Test. As the parameters related to stabilization, postures via Corbin Postural Rating Scale; balances via Stork Balance Test, Upper Extremity Y Balance Test; pain was evaluated via the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index. Shooting performances were evaluated with 72 target shootings and a total of 720 points. .
Jamar hydraulic hand dynamometer, is a high cost and manual device that is commonly used for the evaluation of the hand grip strength (HGS) with validity and reliability. Nowadays it is thought that usage of the digital and automatic calibration dynamometers, such as Camry, would be more appropriate in the evaluation of the HGS. This research is a cross-sectional study using the random crossover method. Purpose of the study is comparing the outcome measures of the Camry and Jamar dynamometers in healthy adult individuals and investigating the realiability and validity of the Camry usage. Healthy adult male and female individuals aged 18 and over will be included in the study on a voluntary basis. Power analysis was performed to determine the number of people to be included in the study. The power of the test was calculated with the G*Power 3.1 program and was determined as 60 participants. Inclusion criteria of the study; Healthy adults aged 18 and over, individuals who do not have any restrictions in upper extremity functions and do not have cognitive and/or psychological problems will be included. Individuals under 18 years of age, using an assistive device, having an autoimmune disorder, pregnant individuals, and individuals with a history of hospitalization for more than three days in the last six months will not be included in the study.
The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of video game-based lung volume increasing training on respiratory mechanics in children with developmental delays. Individuals with special needs are people who, for various reasons, show significant awareness at the level expected from their peers in terms of their individual characteristics and educational qualifications. Individuals with special needs constitute an important part of our country. Children with special needs may have respiratory problems that may or may not be recognized because they are not diagnosed, as well as decreases in respiratory capacity. Decrease in lung volumes may be encountered in children with special needs with various diagnoses such as neuromuscular diseases, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, autism, and Down syndrome. Pulmonary rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary program that balances or reverses the physiopsychopathology of pulmonary disorders and tries to help the patient reach high functional capacity as much as his physical condition and pulmonary disability allow. Chest physiotherapy, which is an important step of pulmonary rehabilitation, is a rehabilitation intervention used to reduce airway resistance, improve gas exchange and facilitate breathing in children. Active video game systems produced with the development of new technologies are used for the positive progression of rehabilitation, especially in young individuals who are extensive users of digital devices. For children who need a pulmonary rehabilitation program, active video game systems are preferred in the clinic as they increase the compatibility of the sessions and ensure continuity.
The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between pain management, kinesiophobia, physical activity and disability level in patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP) in different genders. Eighty-two patients with CLBP (42 females, 42 males) between the ages of 20-60 participated in the study. Pain management strategies were determined by Pain Coping Questionnaire (PCQ). Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia for perception of kinesiophobia, Oswestry Disability Index for disability due to pain and International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF) for the physical activity level were used.
