In this study, alarin levels in the cord blood of babies with large birth weights will be compared with babies of normal weight. Thus, the investigators aimed to find out whether there is a relationship between babies' birth weights and alarin.
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of foot and abdominal massage applied to after colonoscopy on abdominal distention, pain and patient satisfaction.This was a randomized controlled experimental study conducted at the Colonoscopy unit in Medica Faculty Hospital . Participants assigned to the intervention group-1 received foot massages after colonoscopy, participants assigned to the intervention group-2 received abdominal massages after colonoscopy and participants assigned to the intervention group-3 received foot and abdominal massages after colonoscopy. Participants assigned to the control group received only "routine care" after colonoscopy. This randomised controlled study was conducted to investigate the comprehensive physiotherapy combined with home exercises on individuals with hemophilic arthropathy in the lower extremity. There are two groups in the study: home exercises and comprehensive physiotherapy combined with home exercises. Is physiotherapy combined with home exercises superior to home exercises on joint health, bleeding frequency, reaction time, dynamic balance, muscle strength? The aim of this study is to increase the compliance of hemophilic individuals to physiotherapy and adapt home exercises to their lives with weekly sessions.
This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Square Stepping Exercise and aerobic exercise on cognitive function and physical fitness in young adults. Participants aged 18-30 with low physical activity levels will be randomly assigned to either the Square Stepping Exercise Group or Aerobic Exercise Group. Both interventions will be supervised by a physiotherapist, performed twice a week for 40 minutes over 4 weeks. Cognitive function will be assessed using various tests, including attention, short-term memory, and executive function evaluations. Physical fitness will be evaluated through jump tests and balance assessments. Blinded assessors will conduct evaluations at baseline and post-intervention in both groups to determine the impact of square stepping exercise and aerobic exercise on cognitive and physical health in young adults.
