The goal of this randomized controlled study is to examine the effect of the online exercise program on core stabilization and vertical jump performance and observe the relationship between physical activity levels and motivation. In addition, compare these parameters with the exercise group and control group. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does a 6-week online exercise program at university have an effect on core stabilization and vertical jump? Does exercise have an effect on motivation and physical activity level?

Shoulder arthroscopy surgery is one of the most common orthopedic surgical procedures. Participants experience severe pain after shoulder arthroscopy surgery. This causes the use of high amounts of opioids, delays healing, causes bleeding in the surgical area, and can cause physiological disorders by increasing the stress response. Multiple studies have been conducted for analgesic purposes in shoulder surgery. Tran et al., posterior to the glenohumeral joint of the superior part of the suprascapular nerve, posterior inferior part of the posterior branch of the axillary nerve, anterior superior part of subscapularis superior branch, anterior claimed that the axillary nerve innervates the inferior part. In their case report, reported that the pericapsular nerve block (PENG) applied to participants undergoing shoulder surgery provided postoperative analgesia for 16-24 hours pericapsuler nerve block, which is generally applied in hip surgeries, can be applied in shoulder surgery, but there is no large-scale study on pericapsuler nerve block in shoulder surgery, and there is still unknown whether there is a relationship between the pericapsuler nerve block to be applied and the quality of postoperative recovery. Recovery after surgery and anesthesia is complex.
Introduction: We aimed to compare the efficacy of Botulinum Toxin Type A(BoNT-A) injection and BoNT-A injection in combination with ESWT for post-stroke lower extremity ankle plantar flexor spasticity. Materials and Method: Patients with post-stroke ankle plantar flexor spasticity of 1 or more on the modified Ashworth Scale(MAS) were randomized into two groups. Group 1(n:20): BoNT-A was injected into the gastrocnemius muscle and conventional physical therapy exercises were performed. Group 2(n:20): ESWT was applied to the gastrocnemius muscle in addition to the treatments in group 1.
In December 2019, SARS-COV-2 was isolated from patients for the first time . It then rapidly turned into a pandemic affecting the whole world.While most Covid patients survive the disease with mild symptoms, some may develop severe organ failure and respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation. COVİD-19 pneumonia may progress into acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The most important reason for this has been shown in studies; is thought to be because a group of patients develop a cytokine storm-associated hyperinflammatory state characterized by features of macrophage activation syndrome (MAS). The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical outcomes of the combined use of pulse steroid and intravenous immunoglobulin therapy in patients with severe COVID-19 with severe respiratory distress in intensive care unit.

The focus lies in measuring and assessing the effects of these exercises on this particular group. The goal is to determine the potential benefits of game-based exercises concerning upper extremity muscle strength, sensory perception, and overall functionality in adults.
Purpose of the research: This research was planned to evaluate the effect of breast milk and dextrose application, which are pain relief methods, on the pain and comfort levels of preterm babies who will have an orogastric tube inserted in the 3rd and 4th levels of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Hypotheses: H0: The methods used during orogastric tube insertion do not affect the pain and comfort levels of preterm babies. H1: Preterm babies who are breastfed feel less pain during orogastric tube insertion. H2: Preterm babies given dextrose during orogastric tube insertion feel less pain. H3: The comfort level of preterm babies who are breastfed during orogastric tube insertion is higher. H4: The comfort level of preterm babies given dextrose during orogastric tube insertion is higher. H5: There is a difference between the pain and comfort levels of preterm patients in terms of group, time, and group-time, depending on the intervention applied.
Total hip arthroplasty (THA) is a surgery that relieves hip joint pain and improves its functions and is widely performed in the elderly population. New analgesic methods need to be developed to protect these patients from the pain and side effects of opioids used for treatment. Many scales are available to indicate postoperative patient recovery. One of these is the quality of recovery-15 (QoR-15) recovery test, which was first applied by Stark et al. in 2013. We think that an ESPB applied from the sacral region will spread to the lumbar region by diffusion, affect the lumbar plexus, and provide complete analgesia in the ventral and dorsal regions of the hip by affecting the sacral plexus in the sacral region. The investigator's primary aim in this study is to evaluate the effect of sacral erector spinae plane block (S-ESPB) on the quality of recovery and healing after TKA through the QoR-15 score and to evaluate its effect on postoperative pain.
