Albumin-to-globulin ratio (AGR) is an inflammation-based index that has been shown to have a role in many cancers and inflammatory diseases. Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is a rare inflammatory disease of the breast with a high recurrence rate. As a relatively new biomarker for inflammatory diseases, AGR's role in IGM recurrence has never been investigated in the literature. This study primarily investigates the possible risk factors for IGM recurrence and whether AGR can be used as a predictive factor.

The Effect of Backward Walking Training in the Elderly

Foot problems are among the most common reasons for elderly individuals to apply to health care centers. With aging, changes occur in the appearance, biomechanics, posture and function of the foot. These changes cause deterioration in balance, increase in the risk of falling, fracture formation, limitation in mobility and activities. In recent years, backward walking seems to have become a popular treatment in rehabilitation. The walking cycle, which we start with a heel strike in our normal forward walking, starts with finger contact while walking backwards. It has been stated that this situation affects the entire plantar pressure distribution and provides a more equal distribution of plantar pressure. Therefore, gait modifications seem to affect foot biomechanics. It is not yet known how backward walking training affects foot biomechanics, balance and kinesiophobia in elderly individuals. By improving the ability to walk backwards, it may be possible to improve foot functions, increase mobility function, improve balance ability, and reduce the fear of falling and the incidence of falling. In addition, this training is easy to learn and popular, and has the advantage of being low cost. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of backward walking training on ankle joint position sense, foot posture and functions, lower extremity muscle strength, balance, kinesiophobia status and fall incidence in elderly individuals staying in nursing homes.

Study of Subcutaneous Epcoritamab in Combination With Intravenous Rituximab and Oral Lenalidomide (R2) to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Follicular Lymphoma

Follicular Lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Enrollment to one of the groups is closed. Around 500 adult participants with R/R FL will be enrolled in approximately 300 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (375 mg/m^2 intravenous infusion of rituximab up to 5 cycles and oral capsules of 20 mg lenalidomide for up to 12 cycles) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

The aim of the research is to increase the active participation of children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) in therapy by integrating technological approaches into rehabilitation; To examine the effects of Nintendo Wii virtual reality games or hippotherapy simulator use on postural control, activity and participation in addition to Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NGT), which is frequently used in rehabilitation programs in CP, and to contribute to the relevant literature. H1/H1-0: In the rehabilitation of children with Cerebral Palsy, Nintendo Wii virtual reality games in addition to NGT has or has no effect on postural control, lower extremity selective motor control, spasticity, activity and participation levels. H2/H2-0: In the rehabilitation of children with Cerebral Palsy, Hippotherapy simulator in addition to NGT has or has no effect on postural control, lower extremity selective motor control, spasticity, activity and participation levels.
