There are about 15072 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The study is a randomized controlled study planned to determine the effect of the VRBaby-Pump application applied to mothers who gave birth preterm, on the mother's breast milk expression experience, transition process, and milk amount. In the study, the effectiveness of the VRBaby-Pump application will be evaluated based on evidence using the Breastfeeding Experience and Transition to Motherhood Scale. Stratified and block randomization methods will be used in the study. The study data will be collected from mothers who gave birth preterm at the Perinatology clinic of Health Sciences University (SBU) Antalya Training and Research Hospital between September and December 2023.
Objective: Sleep and behavioral problems are common in infants at risk of autism. This study aims to examine the effect of Snoezelen-Based Occupational Therapy intervention on sleep and behavioral problems in infants at risk of autism. Design: Twenty-four infants (15 boys, 9 girls) at risk for autism were randomized to the intervention group (n = 12; 28.33 ± 6.52 months) and the control group (n = 9; 30.11 ± 5.20 years). The intervention group received Snoezelen-Based Occupational Therapy intervention in addition to the conventional 8-week sensory integration intervention, while the control group received only the conventional sensory integration intervention. Both groups assessed sleep and behavioral problems using the Brief Infant Sleep Questionnaire (BİSQ) and the Vineland Social-Emotional Early Childhood Scale (VSEES) pre and post eight weeks of intervention.
The aim of research is to examine and compare the effectiveness of virtual reality-based balance training and robot-assisted walking approaches on balance and gait in individuals post-stroke. Through the study, Investigators intend to reach conclusions regarding whether the focus should be on balance or walking training based on the Berg Balance Scale and Functional Ambulation Classification levels of stroke survivors. Subgroups will be formed in both groups based on Functional Ambulation and Berg Balance Scale scores. The balance and gait developments within these subgroups will be compared, aiming to determine at which levels balance or walking improvement is more pronounced. These findings are crucial for making the right choices in setting rehabilitation goals for individual patients.
In this study, the investigators aims to evaluate whether antenatal corticosteroid administration to women likely to give birth in the late preterm period will reduce early and late neonatal complications and contribute to the literature in this sense.
The main aim of the investigator study is the success of predictivity cervical consistency index (CCI), anterior uterocervical angle (aUCA) and posterior uterocervical angle (pUCA) in second trimester terminations.
The aim of this prospective study is to investigate whether the detection rate of sentinel lymph node (SLN) with double tracer injected at two different sites may be increased compared to the standard use of a single tracer with single site (cervix) injection in early-stage endometrial cancer.
In the randomized controlled study, the aim is to compare the effect of flipped classroom, peer-supported and traditional education on the knowledge and skills of nursing students in stoma care and on academic self-efficacy. The sample consisted of 106 nursing students who studied at the Nursing Faculty. The data was collected using the Personal Information Form, the Stoma Care Skill Rubric, Stoma care information form, and the Academic Self-Efficacy Scale in Nursing Undergraduate Students The data will be analyzed using the number, percentage, average, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, median, skewness and kurtosis, Mann-Whitney U Test, Spearman Rho Correlation Test.

Background: Vasopressors are life-saving agents that increase mean arterial pressure. The pharmacodynamic features of these agents and previous studies suggest that vasopressors may be an essential risk factor in developing pressure injuries. Objective: This study aimed to examine the effect of vasopressors in medical-surgical intensive care patients on pressure injury development. Design and Settings: This retrospective and correlational study was conducted between March 2021- May 2022. The electronic patient data were obtained from 148 surgical and medical patients treated with vasopressor agents in the intensive care unit. Data on patients' demographic and clinical characteristics were evaluated using descriptive statistical methods (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation). A logistic regression model was established to estimate the dependent variable (development of pressure injury) with the independent variables.
