This is a prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled and single-blind study planned to determine the effect of acupressure application on menopausal symptoms. The hypothesis of the study is that acupressure reduces women's menopausal symptoms.

The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between the developmental level between 1-18 months and gross motor performance in the preschool period in risky infants followed up from a center for early intervention, and to determine the risk of developmental coordination disorder in the preschool period in risky infants.Gross Motor Function Measurement-88 will be applied to children diagnosed with cerebral palsy in the pre-school period to evaluate motor performance, among risky infants evaluated by Alberta Infant Motor Scale between 1-18 months. Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire will be applied to healthy children in order to evaluate the risk of gross motor performance and developmental coordination disorder.
The study will be conducted with volunteer patients who are followed up by Bursa Çekirge State Hospital Cekirge State Hospital Neurosurgery outpatient clinic and who have undergone lumbar decompression surgery and who meet the study criteria. The cases will be divided into 2 groups by randomization software. The control group will receive post-operative exercise training and will be encouraged to move. The study group will receive a core stabilization program in addition to education via telerehabilitation. The first evaluation will be performed 2 months post-operatively and the second evaluation will be performed 2 months after treatment.

This study aimed to evaluate the body structure function, activity and participation limitations of adult immunodeficiency patients within the scope of ICF and to compare body structure function, activity and participation limitations and compare with healthy people.
Aim: The aim of the study is to examine the effects of nursing follow-up with telenursing on the pain and fear factors related to self-injection testing in diabetic individuals who are started on insulin therapy for the first time. Materials and Methods: The research was implemented in a randomized controlled experimental design. The sample consisted of 70 individuals with diabetes who started insulin therapy for the first time in the diabetes polyclinic of a state university hospital in Istanbul between 17 February and 15 November 2022. Individuals who will start insulin therapy for the first time are directed to the diabetes polyclinic. Insulin Injection Application to all patients in the diabetes polyclinic. In line with the Patient Education Content, the ability to administer insulin, the ability to monitor blood glucose levels, medical nutrition therapy, exercise, etc. applied after the training given on the subjects. Data were collected with the Patient Information Form, Diabetic Self-Injection and Fear of Testing Questionnaire Form (D-SFIQ), Insulin Injection Evaluation Form. Patients assigned to the intervention group were given telehealth service for three days for fear of self-injection and testing.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of early administration of sour liquid on swallowing function of patients with post-stroke dysphagia. Hypothesis of the study were; H0: The sour liquid given early to patients with post-stroke dysphagia does not have an effect on swallowing function H1: The sour liquid given early to patients with post-stroke dysphagia has an effect on swallowing function The data of the study were collected using the "Personal Information Form," "Standard Swallowing Test," "Gagging Swallowing Screening Test (GUSS)," and the " National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)". Early administration of sour liquid to patients with post-stroke dysphagia was found to have a positive effect on swallowing function.
In rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, the diagnosis of Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) was made based on clinical findings and physical examinations. Then, the cross-sectional areas of the participants' median nerves from different levels were measured. Meidolateral and anteroposterior diameter were measured at the level of the carpal tunnel inlet. Flattening ratio was calculated. wrist to forearm ratio and wrist to forearm difference were calculated. The obtained data were compared between RA with CTS, RA without CTS and healthy control.
