This study aims to assess Auto-Adjustable MOBIDERM® Autofit Armsleeve effect on upper limb volume excess after 3 months of maintenance phase treatment in patients with secondary upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer. Half of the patient will wear a day-time and night time compression garment (MOBIDERM Autofit) for 3 months during the maintenance phase, while the other half will only wear day-time compression garment.

The Efficacy of Continuous Femoral Nerve Catheter Orifice Configuration for Postoperative Analgesia in Knee Arthroplasty

Femoral nerve catheter for postoperative analgesia will be included in the adult patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty included in the study. These patients will be randomized to the catheter tip configuration as CEMP (closed-ended multiport catheter) group and OESP (open-ended single port catheter) group. Patient controlled analgesia device will be attached to the peripheral nerve catheter of these patients. Demographic data of the patients , the number of pushing the button the amount of bolus dose given, and the total dose given in the patient controlled anesthesia device, the need for additional analgesia and the amount, pain scores, complications will be recorded for three days postoperatively. Records will be compared statistically.

This study aims to investigate whether follicular fluid concentrations of fetuin A and fetuin B are associated with the clinical pregnancy and live birth rates in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles.Twenty-nine women with poor ovarian reserve (poor responders) and 33 women with polycystic ovary syndrome (hyper responders) who consecutively underwent IVF at a private hospital between May 2018 and February 2019.Fetuin A and fetuin B in follicular fluid were significantly lower in women who had clinical pregnancy than women who had no clinical pregnancy (p=0.001 for both)

Effectiveness of Erector Spinae Block in Kyphoplasty

As of October 2019, when the investigators received the approval of the ethics committee, patients who were decided to undergo kyphoplasty with vertebral compression fracture will be included in the study. The patients will be divided into three groups according to the anesthetic method as conventional local anesthesia infiltration (CLIA) method and extrapedicular infiltration anesthesia (EPIAA) and 30 other patients as US guided erector spina group (ESP) for a total of 60 patients. The degree of pain in the intraoperative period will be assessed using a numerical rating scale. Patients with severe pain (NRS> 4) will receive 50 micrograms of fentanyl as an additional analgesic. Sedation levels of the patients will be evaluated with ramsey sedation scale (1-6). Patients with a sedation score of 1 will receive 2 mg of midazolam. During the procedure, pain scores at 0 minutes, 15, 30 and 45 minutes, sedation scores, additional analgesic and sedation amounts administered, and hemodynamic parameters will be recorded. The statistical difference between the groups will be compared

The effects of orofarangeal exercises (OE) and inspiratory muscle training (IMT) on sleep quality, disease severity, and airway muscle tone have been investigated in several studies. IMT and OE exercise modalities for patients and practitioners have advantages and disadvantages. It is recommended to compare exercise modalities in the studies. Whether OE or IMT exercise type is more effective on disease severity, sleep quality and snoring has not been investigated. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of inspiratory muscle training and oropharyngeal exercises in patients with OSAS in terms of disease severity, snoring, daytime sleepiness, respiratory muscle strength and sleep quality.
