There are about 3709 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Thailand. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Lung Protective Ventilation strategy (LPV) with low tidal volume and adequate positive end-expiratory pressure is recommended for not only patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) but also those without ARDS too. From previous studies, adherence to LPV strategy reported is only 40% and data is limited in surgical patients. The investigators aim to describe ventilation management and find out the adherence rate to LPV strategy applied to surgical patients admitted to the surgical intensive care unit (SICU) and their associated outcomes.

The main objective of the Phase 2 part of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of bemarituzumab (FPA144), a targeted antibody, in combination with modified FOLFOX6 compared to placebo in combination with modified FOLFOX6 in participants with advanced gastrointestinal cancer.
This study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of V114 and Prevnar 13™ in healthy infants. This study will include both full-term infants (≥37 weeks gestational age) and premature infants (<37 weeks gestational age). Premature infants will be included in a Premature Infant Immunogenicity Substudy, which will assess immunogenicity and safety following administration of V114 or Prevnar 13™.
This clinical trial will be designed to capture the full duration of mosquito-lethal effect of single dose Ivermectin to aid efforts to characterize metabolites with mosquito-lethal effect. Ivermectin and its metabolites likely have antiparasitic properties against asexual and sexual stage Plasmodium parasites that will be investigated with plasma samples from this study. This is an open-label pharmacokinetic study. Ten healthy participants will be admitted in the inpatient ward to receive a single oral dose of IVM (400 µg/kg). Another 10 healthy participants will be donate blood up to 42 ml each times for up to 3 times. There is no drug administration for these participants. The total duration for each volunteer's participation in the study is approximately 2 months.

Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is a common problem and may lead to catastrophic complications, especially in neurosurgical cases. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of dexamethasone and ondansetron for preventing PONV in patients who underwent microvascular decompression surgery (MVD).
the present study will conduct to assess anterior knee pain and complications after medial UKA with or without patella denervation in medial compartment arthritis and severe lateral facet patellofemoral arthritis patients.
This is a phase 1/2 study in which healthy adult subjects and subjects with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection will receive VIR-2218 or placebo and will be assessed for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antiviral activity (only in subjects with chronic HBV). In the single ascending dose (SAD) part, Part A, healthy adult subjects will receive one dose of VIR-2218 or placebo, administered subcutaneously (SC). In the multiple ascending dose (MAD) parts, Part B & Part C, subjects with chronic HBV infection will receive two doses of VIR-2218 or placebo every 4 weeks administered SC.
