NCT ID: NCT04092400 Recruiting - Glaucoma Clinical Trials

Study on Micro-invasive Glaucoma Surgical (MIGS) Devices

Start date: March 10, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Glaucoma is an ocular condition in which optic nerve damage occurs, frequently in the presence of increased pressure within the eye. Micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) refers to a new group of surgical procedures which are characterized by the following features: high safety profile, minimal trauma, ease of use and rapid recovery. There are 3 main groups of MIGS devices, which drain fluid to different regions in the eye: the Schlemm's canal, the suprachoroidal space and the subconjunctival space. Though MIGS devices were introduced in the United States of America, Canada and Europe more than 5 years ago, and have attained the CE mark and FDA approval for some devices. Studies have shown that these devices have a high safety profile and are effective (1-5). However, MIGS devices are only recently available in Asia, and data on their clinical outcomes in Asian patients are limited.

NCT ID: NCT04090229 Completed - Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Trials

A Multi-center, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Multiple Ascending Dose Study of the Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of Subcutaneously Delivered ASLAN004 in Adults With Moderate-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

Start date: September 9, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A Phase 1B, multi-center, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized, multiple ascending dose (MAD) clinical study is designed to evaluate ASLAN004 versus placebo in patients who have moderate-severe AD. The treatment period duration will be 8 weeks with a 12-week follow-up period after the end of treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04087551 Completed - Aging Clinical Trials

Development of the Balance Recovery Falls-Efficacy Scale for the Community-dwelling Older Adults

Start date: September 11, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The first phase of the study aims to study the incidence of near-falls. The second phase will be to develop a scale which operationalize balance recovery confidence in the older adults. This study will determine the incidence of near-falls in a sample of community-dwelling older adults and will develop the Balance Recovery Falls-Efficacy scale (BRFES) for the community-dwelling older adults using the COSMIN method. This scale will be used to measure the confidence level of the community-dwelling older adults in their ability to execute balance recovery maneuvers in common, everyday functional activities to prevent a fall.

NCT ID: NCT04087473 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Plasma Molecular Profiling in ALK Inhibitor Resistant NSCLC

Start date: August 23, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The investigators plan to understand a comprehensive molecular profiling via the plasma, with the primary aim of using this form on analysis to guide subsequent treatment selection. This study will provide a better understanding of ALK resistance in the treatment of Asian lung cancers and allow for improved clinical outcomes by 'matching' the secondary mutations to an ALK inhibitor which would allow for the greatest coverage ultimately leading to lasting duration of response.

NCT ID: NCT04085601 Completed - Clinical trials for Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Pegcetacoplan in Patients With PNH

Start date: August 27, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Pegcetacoplan in Patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria .

NCT ID: NCT04085445 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chinese Patients Treated With Agent DCB

An "All-Comers" Study of the AgentTM MONORAILTM Paclitaxel-Coated PTCA Balloon Catheter Used in Real-World Clinical Practice in Chinese Patients

Start date: November 13, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

To compile the real-world clinical outcome data for the AgentTM MONORAILTM Paclitaxel-Coated PTCA Balloon Catheter (Agent DCB) used in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in Chinese patients.

NCT ID: NCT04082364 Active, not recruiting - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

Combination Margetuximab, Retifanlimab, Tebotelimab, and Chemotherapy Phase 2/3 Trial in HER2+ Gastric/GEJ Cancer

MAHOGANY
Start date: September 30, 2019
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2/3, randomized, open-label study for the treatment of patients with HER2-positive Gastric cancer (GC) or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) cancer conducted in two parts. Part A is a single-arm cohort (Cohort A, 40 to 110 patients) will evaluate safety and efficacy of margetuximab plus retifanlimab. Part B Part 1 has 4 arms (50 patients/arm). Patients will be randomized to margetuximab plus retifanlimab plus chemotherapy, margetuximab plus tebotelimab, plus chemotherapy, margetuximab plus chemotherapy, or trastuzumab plus chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT04080518 Completed - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

Hepato-renal Regulation of Water Conservation in Heart Failure Patients With SGLT-2 Inhibitor Treatment
