The purpose of this study is to determine whether ceftolozane-tazobactam is as effective as meropenem with respect to 30 day mortality in the treatment of bloodstream infection due to third-generation cephalosporin non-susceptible Enterobacterales or a known chromosomal AmpC-producing Enterobacterales (Enterobacter spp., Citrobacter freundii, Morganella morganii, Providencia spp. or Serratia marcescens).
Ninety-five patients, aged between 16 and 70 years old, were included in this study. Patients were divided into two groups. Group one received Articaine 4% with 1:00.000 Adrenalines. The relationship between fatigue and balance was established. Fatigue was correlated with 8 parameters of balance scales. Moreover, there was a strong correlation between the level of fatigue from one side and depression, quality of life and disease severity from the other side.Fatigue seems to be the main problem in patients with MS which may influence other signs and symptoms such as balance.

It has been found that rhinosinusitis accounts for almost 26 million clinics and emergency visits per year in United states .Nasal irrigation is standard management used to treat a variety of sinonasal diseases. Furthermore, nasal irrigation decreases the need of usage other medications in rhinosinusitis .Hence, it is considered safe, inexpensive, and easy to use with no evidence of major adverse effects .Up to our knowledge, there is no clear guideline in which type (isotonic saline vs hypertonic saline) and frequency (times per day) of nasal irrigation are superior and better.
Stereotactic Ablative Radiation (SABR/SBRT) will be prescribed to a dose of 35 Gy in 5 fractions, once weekly to prostate with a simultaneous intra-prostatic boost to the MR detected nodule up to 50Gy. The pelvic lymph nodes and seminal vesicles will also receive 25 Gy in 5 weekly fractions.
