This single-arm, open-label, multicenter extension study will provide continued bevacizumab therapy to participants with solid tumors who were previously enrolled in a Roche/Genentech sponsored study and who derived benefit from the bevacizumab therapy. Participants will receive the same dose and regimen of bevacizumab as used in the previous parent trial and continue this treatment until progression of disease or unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent or death whichever occurs first.

This was a two-arm, double-blinded, randomized, Phase III study comparing dabrafenib and trametinib combination therapy to dabrafenib administered with a placebo (dabrafenib monotherapy). Subjects with histologically confirmed cutaneous melanoma that is either Stage IIIC (unresectable) or Stage IV, and BRAF V600E/K mutation positive were screened for eligibility. Subjects who had prior systemic anti-cancer treatment in the advanced or metastatic setting were not eligible although prior systemic treatment in the adjuvant setting was allowed. Subjects were stratified according to the baseline lactate dehydrogenase level and BRAF genotype.

Apremilast is a new, orally available, small molecule drug that specifically inhibits phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4), an enzyme that modulates inflammatory cytokines. This clinical study tests whether apremilast can improve the signs and symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether extended prophylaxis with oral betrixaban can prevent blood clots in the leg and lung that sometime occur in patients hospitalized for an acute medical illness and to compare these results with standard of care enoxaparin. The safety of betrixaban will also be studied.
The aim of this trial is to provide evidence that Actovegin has a symptomatic effect in subjects with post stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) during a six month treatment period compared to subjects administered placebo. Subjects received IV infusions whilst in hospital, and tablets once discharged. Subjects were followed up for a further six months after their treatment had been stopped to explore if the cognitive symptoms of the subjects treated with Actovegin showed sustained improvement. The trial also explored the possible prevention of dementia with Actovegin in patients who had suffered a recent ischaemic stroke, as well as the effect of Actovegin on other stroke outcomes. Safety information on Actovegin was collected.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and overall safety and tolerability of treatment with adjunctive JNJ-40411813 compared to placebo in patients with MDD with anxiety symptoms being treated with an antidepressant.
This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of 3 dosing regimens of MEMP1972A in patients with allergic asthma who remain inadequately controlled on chronic therapy with high dose inhaled corticosteroids and a second controller medication.Patients will be randomized to 4 Arms to receive subcutaneous repeating dose of either MEMP1972A 150 mg, 300 mg, or 450 mg, or placebo. Patients will continue their usual asthma medication throughout the study. Anticipated time on study treatment is 36 weeks, with a 48-week follow-up.
