The primary objective of this study was to demonstrate whether, in addition to standard of care, finerenone is superior to placebo in delaying the progression of kidney disease, as measured by the composite endpoint of time to first occurrence of kidney failure, a sustained decrease of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ≥40% from baseline over at least 4 weeks, or renal death.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether pl-vegf165 (Neovasculgen) is effective in the treatment of ulcers related to diabetic foot syndrome
In this study, all patients must have already completed first-line chemotherapy to treat extensive-stage disease small cell lung cancer. Patients receiving treatment will be compared with patients taking placebo.

Primary Objective: Evaluate long term skeletal response to eliglustat in adult participants who successfully completed one of the Phase 2 or Phase 3 eliglustat studies. Secondary Objective: Evaluate the safety of eliglustat (by serious adverse event continuous monitoring), the quality of life (Short Form-36 Health Survey [SF-36]) and biomarkers of Gaucher disease type 1 (GD1) (chitotriosidase, plasma glucosylceramide [GL-1] and lyso glucosylceramide [lyso-GL-1]) in adult participants who successfully completed one of the Phase 2 or Phase 3 studies.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether etrasimod (APD334) is a safe and effective treatment for ulcerative colitis after 52 weeks of treatment.
This is a multicenter, open label study to assess the safety and pharmacokinetics of YKP3089 as adjunctive therapy in subjects with partial onset seizures. Initially, subjects taking phenytoin or phenobarbital will be enrolled followed by additional subjects taking anti-epileptic drugs (AED) other than phenytoin and phenobarbital to further investigate long-term safety.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of omadacycline as compared to moxifloxacin in the treatment of adults with community-acquired bacterial pneumonia.
Primary Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of dupilumab, compared with placebo, for reducing the use of maintenance oral corticosteroids (OCS) in participants with severe steroid-dependent asthma. Secondary Objectives: - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of dupilumab. - To evaluate the effect of dupilumab in improving participants-reported outcomes. - To evaluate dupilumab systemic exposure and the incidence of treatment-emergent antidrug antibodies.
