Electrical source imaging is part of the presurgical evaluation of patients with drug-resistant focal epilepsy. The software packages that will be used in this study have Declaration of Conformity within the European Economic Area (CE mark) for this specific medical use. In spite of being part of the clinical standard, the evidence for the accuracy and clinical utility of these methods are derived from several smaller-scale and retrospective studies. The PROMAESIS study will provide solid evidence of the accuracy and clinical utility of automated ESI.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of empirical posterior wall isolation (PWI), left atrial appendage electrical isolation (LAAEI) and coronary sinus isolation (CSI) when compared to pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) alone: - PVI alone, - PVI + PWI, - PVI + PWI + LAAEI, - PVI + PWI + LAAEI + CSI.

This study tests the efficacy of adding explicit self-compassion meditation exercises in an ACT intervention for chronic pain (COMP.ACT). COMP.ACT is an 8-session, 2h each, psychological intervention for women with chronic pain. Half of participants will receive an ACT intervention + 2 Q&A sessions, and half of participants will receive an ACT intervention + 2 compassion-focused sessions with explicit self-compassion exercises.

This Phase 3 study is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine vs. investigator's choice chemotherapy in patients with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of FRα. Patients will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. Folate receptor alpha (FRα) positivity will be defined by the Ventana FOLR1 (FOLR1-2.1) CDx assay.

This study will determine how two variants of gastric bypass induce changes in dynamic endocrine response in the fasting and post-prandial state, both before and at different time points after the surgical interventions. This study will monitor the endocrine dynamics after different anatomical modifications produced by Roux-en-Y gastric bypass procedures in diabetic participants and normoglycemic participants, to gain insights into the mechanisms beyond the metabolic improvement after the two surgical variants through participants re-evaluation at different time points.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a Weight Loss Maintenance 3 Phases Program (WLM3P) in maintaining long-term weight loss (at least 5% of initial body weight loss at 18 months), compared to a standard low carbohydrate diet (LCD) in adults with obesity.
