This phase III trial is studying how well giving combination chemotherapy together with radiation therapy works in treating young patients with newly diagnosed Hodgkin lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells. Giving combination chemotherapy together with radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells.

This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel arm study will assess the safety and the efficacy of RO5217790 on histologic resolution in participants with high grade CIN associated with HR-HPV infection. Participants will be randomized to receive 3 subcutaneous injections of either placebo or RO5217790 on Days 1, 8, and 15. Study assessments will be made at Baseline, at Month 3 and 6, and every 6 months thereafter for an overall of 2.5 years.

Sorafenib Tosylate With or Without Doxorubicin Hydrochloride in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Liver Cancer

This randomized phase III trial studies sorafenib tosylate and doxorubicin hydrochloride to see how well they work compared with sorafenib tosylate alone in treating patients with liver cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or has spread to other places in the body. Sorafenib tosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. It is not yet known whether giving sorafenib tosylate together with doxorubicin hydrochloride is more effective than sorafenib tosylate alone in treating liver cancer.
