There are about 2459 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in New Zealand. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of gefapixant (MK-7264) in premenopausal female participants with moderate to severe endometriosis-related pain. The primary hypothesis: gefapixant is superior to placebo in reducing the average daily pelvic pain score (cyclic and non-cyclic, combined) during Treatment Cycle 2.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of relugolix 40 milligram (mg) once daily co-administered with low-dose estradiol (E2) and norethindrone acetate (NETA) for up to 104 weeks on endometriosis-associated pain in participants who previously completed a 24-week treatment period in one of the parent studies (MVT-601-3101 or MVT-601-3102).

This is a multicenter, international study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravenous (IV) CR845 at a dose of 0.5 mcg/kg administered after each dialysis session. The study includes a 12-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase and a 52-week Open-label Extension Phase.
The purpose of the study is to test the effectiveness (how well the drug works), safety, and tolerability of the investigational drug called NKTR-214, when combined with nivolumab versus nivolumab given alone in participants with previously untreated melanoma skin cancer that is either unable to be surgically removed or has spread
To confirm the safety and performance of the DynamX Sirolimus-eluting Coronary Bioadaptor System (SECBS) in de novo native coronary artery lesions using clinical and imaging endpoints. Clinical follow-up will be conducted in all patients at 30 days, 6 and 12 months. Imaging follow-up will be conducted at 6 months.
This is a trial in adult participants with unresectable, locally advanced, Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with pembrolizumab in combination with platinum doublet chemotherapy and standard thoracic radiotherapy followed by pembrolizumab monotherapy. The primary hypothesis of the trial is that within each platinum doublet chemotherapy cohort, the percentage of participants who develop Grade 3 or higher pneumonitis is ≤10% and objective response rate (ORR) by blinded independent central review (BICR).
This is a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single dose-escalation first-in human study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, PD and immunogenicity of AK111 in healthy subjects following SC administration. The study will consist of cohorts of healthy subjects. Cohort 1, four unique subjects will be randomized to receive either active AK111 (N=3) or matching placebo (N=1). Cohorts 2, 3, 4 and 5, eight unique subjects will be randomized to receive either active AK111 (N=6) or matching placebo (N=2). Approximately 36 subjects will be treated in this study.
This trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ZYN002, a clear cannabidiol gel that can be applied to the skin (called transdermal application) twice a day for the treatment of behavioral symptoms of Fragile X Syndrome (FXS). Eligible participants will then participate in up to a 14 week treatment period, where all participants will receive placebo or active study drug. Patients ages 3 to < 18 years, will be eligible to participate.
