Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

SUNNIFORECAST (Standard of Care vs. Nivolumab + Ipilimumab as First line treatment of renal cell cancer of non-clear cell subtypes) is a Phase II, randomized, open-label investigator initiated trial (IIT) of Nivolumab (BMS-936558) combined with Ipilimumab vs standard of care in subjects with previously untreated and advanced (unresectable or metastatic) non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma (nccRCC).

NCT ID: NCT03070392 Active, not recruiting - Uveal Melanoma Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy of IMCgp100 Versus Investigator Choice in Advanced Uveal Melanoma

Start date: October 16, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the overall survival of HLA-A*0201 positive adult patients with previously untreated advanced UM receiving IMCgp100 compared to Investigator's Choice of dacarbazine, ipilimumab, or pembrolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT03069469 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Malignant Neoplasm

Study of Vimseltinib (DCC-3014) in Patients With Advanced Tumors and Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor

Start date: February 16, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, open-label Phase 1/2 study of vimseltinib in patients with malignant solid tumors and tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT). There will be 2 distinct parts in this study: Dose Escalation (Phase 1) and Expansion (Phase 2). Phase 1 will enroll both malignant solid tumor and TGCT patients. Phase 2 will comprise two cohorts (Cohort A and Cohort B) and will only enroll TGCT patients.

NCT ID: NCT03065764 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

89Zr-labeled Pembrolizumab in Patients With Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

Start date: January 20, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

After a screening phase of up to 42 days, eligible subjects will undergo two whole body immuno-PET scans with a non-therapeutic tracer dose (2 mg) of 89Zr-pembrolizumab; one with and one without a preceding "cold" therapeutic dose of pembrolizumab. For the first 3 patients, PET scans will be obtained at 1, 72 and 120 hours post tracer injection to determine the optimal scan time point and to perform biodistribution measurements and dosimetry. All subsequent patients receive only 1 PET scan post-injection (i.e. two PET scans). The optimal time point is expected to be at day 5 post-injection. Pembrolizumab treatment will continue every three weeks until two years of therapy have been administered, disease progression, or unacceptable adverse event(s).

NCT ID: NCT03056755 Active, not recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Study Assessing the Efficacy and Safety of Alpelisib Plus Fulvestrant or Letrozole, Based on Prior Endocrine Therapy, in Patients With PIK3CA Mutant, HR+, HER2- Advanced Breast Cancer Who Have Progressed on or After Prior Treatments

BYLieve
Start date: August 14, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Study assessing the efficacy and safety of alpelisib plus fulvestrant or letrozole, based on prior endocrine therapy, in patients with hormone receptor (HR) positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer (aBC), harboring PIK3CA mutations, who have progressed on or after prior treatments.

NCT ID: NCT03052608 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study Of Lorlatinib Versus Crizotinib In First Line Treatment Of Patients With ALK-Positive NSCLC

Start date: April 27, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

A phase 3 study to demonstrate whether lorlatinib given as monotherapy is superior to crizotinib alone in prolonging the progression-free survival in advanced ALK-positive NSCLC patients who are treatment naïve and to compare lorlatinib to crizotinib with respect to overall survival in the same population

NCT ID: NCT03050866 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Prostate Cancer

Cabazitaxel in mCRPC Patients With AR-V7 Positive Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs)

CABA-V7
Start date: February 21, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

After failure on docetaxel, which has been the standard first line therapy for patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), several treatment options are currently available. In retrospective studies, resistance has been described to two of the treatment options, enzalutamide and abiraterone, when a splice variant of the Androgen Receptor (AR-V7) is present on circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The investigators hypothesize that patients with AR-V7 positive CTCs do have a meaningful response to cabazitaxel.

NCT ID: NCT03049189 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Neuroendocrine Tumors

Efficacy and Safety of 177Lu-edotreotide PRRT in GEP-NET Patients

COMPETE
Start date: February 2, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) with 177Lu-Edotreotide compared to targeted molecular therapy with Everolimus in patients with inoperable, progressive, somatostatin receptor-positive (SSTR+), neuroendocrine tumours of gastroenteric or pancreatic origin (GEP-NET).
