NCT ID: NCT05679362 Not yet recruiting - Depression, Anxiety Clinical Trials

Online Brief CBT Intervention for Women With PCOS

How2deal
Start date: June 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Primary Objective: -To study if an online individual brief CBT (group A) intervention is effective for psychological distress (anxiety and depression) compared to a CAU group in patients with PCOS at 3 and 6 months relative to baseline. Secondary Objective(s): 1. To study if an online group based brief CBT (group B) is more effective for anxiety and depression compared to CAU in patients with PCOS at 3 and 6 months relative to baseline. 2. To determine if an online individual brief CBT (group A) is effective for improvements in QoL, coping strategies, body image and sleep quality compared to CAU in patients with PCOS at 3 and 6 months relative to baseline. 3. To determine if an group based brief CBT (group B) is more effective for improvements in QoL, coping strategies, body image and sleep quality compared to CAU in patients with PCOS at 3 and 6 months relative to baseline. 4. If A and B are effective compared to CAU, we will compare online individual brief CBT (group A) to online group based brief CBT (group B) for anxiety and depression, QoL, coping strategies, body image and sleep quality compared to in patients with PCOS at 3 and 6 months relative to baseline.

NCT ID: NCT05678959 Recruiting - Food Allergy Clinical Trials

NCT ID: NCT05678673 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

Study of XL092 + Nivolumab vs Sunitinib in Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic Non-Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

STELLAR-304
Start date: January 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, randomized (2:1), open-label, controlled Phase 3 trial of XL092 in combination with nivolumab versus sunitinib in subjects with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic nccRCC who have not received prior systemic anticancer therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05678218 Recruiting - Cholangiocarcinoma Clinical Trials

Preoperative Evaluation of Lymph Nodes of Cholangiocarcinoma

POELH-II
Start date: September 5, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The goal of this observational cohort study is to assess the yield of preoperative endoscopic ultrasound focussed on lymph nodes in patients with presumed resectable perihilar (pCCA), intrahepatic (iCCA) or mid-common bile duct (CBD) cholangiocarcinoma. The main questions it aims to answer is: 1. The number of patients precluded from surgical work-up due to positive regional or extraregional lymph nodes identified by endoscopic ultrasound guided tissue acquisition 2. Characteristics during endoscopic ultrasound of lymph nodes associated with malignancy

NCT ID: NCT05678127 Recruiting - Diagnosis Clinical Trials

A Pilot Study to Explore the Use of Skin Biopsy as Diagnostic Tool in Anterior Cutaneous Nerve Entrapment Syndrome (ACNES)

Biopsy-ACNES
Start date: May 24, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

ACNES is a neuropathic pain condition of the abdominal wall. It is a clinical diagnosis based on patient's history and physical examination. No diagnostic test is available to confirm the diagnosis. This pilot study will determine if skin biopsies can be used as diagnostic test. Two 3mm biopsies will be taken and used to count the small nerve fibres in the skin. The number of small nerve fibres of the painful skin will be compared to non-painful skin. Skin biopsy and small fibre nerve count is already used as diagnostic test in patients with small-fibre neuropathy. The investigators hypothesize that patients with ACNES will have a reduced number of small nerve fibres in the affected skin, compared to the non-affected skin.

NCT ID: NCT05677958 Completed - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Protein Intake in Patients With Colorectal or Lung Cancer When Receiving a Nutritional Supplement

PROTEOS
Start date: January 17, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The PROTEOS study is an randomized controlled, open label, parallel-group, multi-centre and multicounty interventional study to assess the acceptance and implementation of Compact Protein, a low volume, energy dense and high protein oral nutritional support in clinical practice according to the ESPEN guidelines in colorectal and lung cancer patients undergoing chemo(radio)- or immunotherapy treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05677659 Active, not recruiting - ALSP Clinical Trials

A Study of VGL101 in Patients With Adult-Onset Leukoencephalopathy With Axonal Spheroids and Pigmented Glia

Start date: December 14, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, open-label study to assess the safety and tolerability of iluzanebart (also referred to as VGL101) in subjects with documentation of a gene mutation in the CSF1R gene for the treatment of adult-onset leukoencephalopathy with axonal spheroids and pigmented glia (ALSP) and to evaluate the effects of iluzanebart on imaging and biomarkers of disease progression in subjects with ALSP. Participants will receive infusions of iluzanebart approximately every 4 weeks for 1 year. The study includes a 52-week, open-label Core Study, followed by a Long-Term Extension (LTE), which provides subjects who complete the original 52-week study (Core Study) with the option to continue treatment for up to an additional 2 years.
