There are about 5012 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Mexico. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Primary Objective: To characterize the patients who receive Dupixent® (dupilumab) for AD in a real-world setting, with respect to their medical history, socio-demographic and disease characteristics, and prior and concomitant treatments of AD Secondary Objectives: - To characterize real-world use patterns of Dupixent® for AD (eg, used regimens, reason for initiation of new treatments, concomitant therapies, treatment durations and reasons for discontinuation and/or switching) - To assess the long-term effectiveness of Dupixent® in AD patients in a real-world setting - To assess comorbid atopic conditions and effects of treatment in comorbid atopic conditions in patients who receive Dupixent® for AD - To collect safety data on study participants
Patients with retina dystrophies (retinitis pigmentosa, cone>rods dystrophies, Usher and syndromic) will be correlated with genotype and validate inheritance mode by segregation analysis.
The purpose of this clinical research study is to establish the dose of verinurad combined with allopurinol 300 mg once daily that will elicit the desired response; ie, reduction in urinary albumin to creatinine ratio (UACR) at 6 months.
The reason for this study is to compare the effect of the study drug tirzepatide to semaglutide on blood sugar levels in participants with type 2 diabetes. The study will last approximately 47 weeks and may include about 12 visits.
The trial aims at evaluating the efficacy and the safety of gadopiclenol for body Magnetic resonance Imaging (MRI)
There are no pharmacological interventions that delay or prevent the transition of mild cognitive impairment to dementia. Several studies have shown that transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) could be useful in increasing cognitive traits in dementia. As TMS is performed in a clinical setting, transportation, mobility and high costs of treatment, limit the number of TMS sessions dementia patients can receive. Most of the trials do not apply more than 20 TMS sessions Here, a randomized, sham controlled, paralallel group, clinical trial will be performed in order to asess the efficacy at improving cognitive traits of a novel TMS device that uses high frequency and low intensity pulses. As the device is portable and can be used from home without clinical supervision, the stimulation will be applied two times per day for a period of 6 months.
This study will assess the use of risankizumab in adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis and compare risankizumab to other commonly used biologics.
The purpose of this study is to compare the drug levels, immunogenicity and safety of Nivolumab Process D to Nivolumab Process C after complete resection of stage IIIa/b/c/d or stage IV melanoma.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and antidrug antibody (ADA) response for MEDI8897 in healthy late preterm and term infants who are 35 weeks or greater gestational age and entering their first RSV season.
The study investigated the bioequivalence between the new and the approved formulation for levothyroxine.
