AURIGA is designed to collect data from routine clinical practice on the effectiveness and utilization of intravitreal aflibercept in the treatment of visual impairment due to diabetic macular edema (DME) or macula edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion (RVO). The primary objective of this observational study (OS) is to evaluate the effectiveness of intravitreal aflibercept in 4 cohorts (with/without prior treatment in DME or macular edema secondary to RVO) in each of the participating countries. Additionally, utilization and treatment regimens in routine clinical practice will be described. Health care resources and services as well as health out-comes related to vision loss will be evaluated based on information collected using the AURIGA patient questionnaires.

Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of Ocrelizumab in Participants With Early Stage Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS)

This is a prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-arm, phase 3b study which evaluates effectiveness and safety of ocrelizumab in participants with early stage RRMS. The study will consist of an open-label treatment period of 192 weeks and follow-up period of at least 48 weeks. The optional shorter infusion substudy will evaluate the safety of a shorter infusion of ocrelizumab in a subgroup of participants with early stage RRMS enrolled in the main MA30143 study. Approximately 700 patients will be enrolled in the substudy, and will receive additional 600 mg ocrelizumab administered in a shorter time frame.

Study population of insulin pump patients aged 11-18 years old will be recruited from pediatrics with T1D at Dasman Diabetes Institute; who started using CSII at least one year ago and their parents. Semi-structured interviews will be recorded and then transcribed word by word. Data analysis will be performed using an inductive thematic approach.
