This was a multi-center, single treatment-group, open-label study to provide sutimlimab to the adult participants with cold agglutinin disease (CAD) who had completed the CARDINAL (NCT number: NCT03347396) or CADENZA (NCT number: NCT03347422) studies and benefitted from sutimlimab treatment in Japan. • Study and treatment duration: the period between the participant's completion of the CARDINAL and CADENZA studies and sutimlimab or other appropriate CAD therapy becoming commercially available to participants in Japan.

Research Study to Investigate How Well Semaglutide Tablets Taken Once Daily Work in East Asian People Who Are Overweight or Living With Obesity

Novo Nordisk are doing this study to see if semaglutide tablets can be used as a treatment to help people living with overweight or obesity lose weight. This study will look at the change in participants' body weight. Participants will either get semaglutide tablets (new medicine) or placebo tablets ('dummy' medicine that looks like semaglutide but has no effect on the body). For a fair comparison, people are divided into two groups at random by a computer. This process is called randomisation. Semaglutide tablets are new medicine being tested to treat overweight and obesity. Doctors in many countries can already prescribe semaglutide tablets at lower doses to treat type 2 diabetes. Participants will get semaglutide or placebo tablets for 68 weeks and will need to take 1 tablet every morning. In addition to taking the medicine, participants will have talks with study staff about: - healthy food choices - how to be more physically active - what participants can do to lose weight The study will last for about 1½ year. Participants will have 14 clinic visits and 7 phone calls with the study healthcare professional. Blood samples will be taken at 12 visits. Women cannot take part if pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to get pregnant during the study period. If participants are a woman and are able to become pregnant, participants will be checked for pregnancy via urine tests.

The estimated duration is 28 days for screening and then up to approximately day 477 (last dose no later than day 337+140 days safety follow-up) for all patients unless enrolled into the LTE (Long-Term Extension) protocol (NCT05492578) at either Day 169 depending on responder status or no later than Day 365 due to loss of clinical response.

This is an up to 22-week clinical study in adult participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of the study is to test a new tablet (LEO 152020) to see if it improves AD and what the side effects are when compared with a placebo tablet with no medical ingredient. During the study, there will be a 16-week treatment period during which the participants will be asked to take the tablets. The participants will regularly visit the clinic for tests and the study doctor will evaluate their AD. The participants will also be asked to answer questions about their AD symptoms, itch, sleep, and quality of life.

Rilzabrutinib for the Treatment of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria in Patients Who Remain Symptomatic Despite the Use of H1 Antihistamine

The first phase of this study will be a parallel, 12-week treatment, Phase 2, double-blind, 4 arm study to assess the safety and effectiveness of 3 oral doses of SAR444671 (rilzabrutinib), i.e. dose A, B and C, compared with placebo for decreasing the frequency and severity of itch and urticaria in male and female participants aged 18 years inclusive or older with CSU. After completion of the double-blind phase of the study, participants will be given the option of enrolling in the 40-week open label extension (OLE) phase of the study. Participants will receive open-label rilzabrutinib at dose C (the dose may be modified based on the 12-week safety and efficacy data). Due to the fact that some participants may be receiving rilzabrutinib for the first time, all participants will be monitored at Week 14, Week 16, Week 20, and Week 24. Afterwards, participants will be monitored at Week 36 and Week 52.

A Study to Find the Best Dose of BI 905711 in Combination With Chemotherapy and to Test Whether This Dose Helps People With Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancers

This study is open to adults with advanced colorectal cancer or with advanced pancreatic cancer. The study has 2 parts. In the first part, participants with colorectal cancer get a medicine called BI 905711 combined with chemotherapy and bevacizumab. The purpose of the first part is to find the highest BI 905711 dose participants can tolerate. In the second part, participants with colorectal cancer or pancreatic cancer get BI 905711 combined with chemotherapy. Some participants also get bevacizumab. The second part tests whether BI 905711 makes tumours shrink. Participants get BI 905711, chemotherapy and bevacizumab about every 2 weeks as an infusion into a vein. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. The doctors regularly check the health of the participants and note any health problems that could have been caused by the study treatment. The doctors also monitor the size of the tumour.
