A Study With SAGE-547 for Super-Refractory Status Epilepticus

Start date: June 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SAGE-547 administered as a continuous intravenous infusion to subjects in Super-Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE).

NCT ID: NCT02477111 Completed - Clinical trials for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms

European (EU) Post Approval Study of the INCRAFT® AAA Stent Graft System in Subjects With Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms

INSIGHT
Start date: March 30, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

INSIGHT is a postmarket clinical follow-up study in the European Union. The purpose of the study is to continue to evaluate the safety and effectiveness/performance of INCRAFT in subjects with abdominal aortic aneurysms requiring endovascular repair in routine clinical practice. Approximately 150 subjects will be enrolled and followed through 5-years post procedure. Up to 25 sites in Europe may participate.

NCT ID: NCT02476968 Completed - Clinical trials for BRCA or HRR+ Mutated Ovarian Cancer Patients

To Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Olaparib Maintenance Monotherapy in the Treatment of Ovarian Cancer

ORZORA
Start date: September 28, 2015
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, open-label, single arm, multi-center study to assess the real world clinical effectiveness and safety of olaparib maintenance monotherapy as the capsule formulation (in line with the EU approved prescribing information) and will be conducted in platinum-sensitive relapsed high grade epithelial ovarian cancer patients (including patients with primary peritoneal and / or fallopian tube cancer) who carry germline or somatic BRCA mutations (documented mutation in BRCA1 or BRCA2 that is predicted to be deleterious or suspected deleterious [known or predicted to be detrimental/lead to loss of function]).

NCT ID: NCT02476942 Completed - Hemophilia A Clinical Trials

A Prospective Study to Collect High-Quality Documentation of Bleeds, Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL), and Safety Outcomes in Patients With Hemophilia A Treated With Standard-of-Care Treatment

Start date: May 26, 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

This non-interventional study will prospectively collect detailed, high-quality documentation of bleeds, HRQoL, and safety in patients with hemophilia A with or without FVIII inhibitors treated according to local routine clinical practice (receiving FVIII replacement or bypassing agents as either episodic or prophylactic treatment). Actual patients will be enrolled from routine clinical practice in this observational study.

NCT ID: NCT02474355 Completed - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

ASTRIS
Start date: September 18, 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of single agent AZD9291 in a real world setting in adult patients with advanced or metastatic, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) T790M mutation-positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), who have received prior EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy.

NCT ID: NCT02473172 Completed - Clinical trials for Respiratory Insufficiency

Impact of the Assisted Ventilation Mode on Diaphragm Efficiency in Critically Ill Patients

NAVA_PSV
Start date: May 2013
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the impact of the assisted mode of mechanical ventilation on diaphragm efficiency in mechanically ventilated critically ill patients. Participants will be randomized to the neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) mode or to the pressure support ventilation (PSV) mode.

NCT ID: NCT02471742 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

NAC Sparing Mastectomy After Neo-adjuvant Chemotherapy

Start date: January 2004
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

Nipple areolar-complex (NAC) sparing mastectomy, extending the concept of skin-sparing mastectomy, allows to leave the nipple-areola complex intact and to provide a better cosmetic result. Large operable T2-T3 breast cancer (BC), treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, may theoretically appear suitable for this surgical option, alternative to conventional mastectomy or breast conserving surgery in case of unfavorable size of the breast, when a good response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy has been achieved.
