There are about 9745 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Israel. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The primary objective of the study was to evaluate whether progression-free survival (PFS) was prolonged with the addition of veliparib to standard platinum-based chemotherapy (carboplatin/paclitaxel [C/P]) and continued as maintenance therapy compared with chemotherapy alone.
This is Proof-of-Concept (POC) study to assess the preliminary antitumor activity and safety and tolerablity using ceritinib (LDK378) in the treatment of life threatening tumors that are characterized by ALK genetic alteration (and/or overexpression in some diseases).
This is an open-label extension study for participants who completed a Phase 3, placebo-controlled study of ataluren in participants with nonsense mutation cystic fibrosis (nmCF) not receiving chronic inhaled aminoglycosides.
LGN-VN-003 is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a single oral dose of vanoxerine for the conversion of subjects with recent onset atrial fibrillation (AF) or atrial flutter (AFL) to normal sinus rhythm. Up to 625 subjects will be randomized in a 2:1 fashion so at least 400 vanoxerine and 200 placebo subjects receive study drug.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, dose-limiting toxicities (any harmful effect of a drug) (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and preliminary clinical activity of duvortuxizumab when administered intravenously to participants with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies [diffuse-large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle-cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)].
This Phase III, open-label, randomized, multicenter study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant treatment with atezolizumab compared with observation in participants with muscle-invasive UC who are at high risk for recurrence following resection. Eligible participants were randomized by a 1:1 ratio into atezolizumab group or control group.
The aim of this prospective, open label study is to check for differences in neuropsychiatric and neurocognitive measurements among patients that will be switched from Atripla to Eviplera among 40 patients.
Pregnant women at high risk for preterm labor from at least 13 weeks of gestation will be tested to detect abnormal vaginal flora (AVF) or its severe form - bacterial vaginosis (BV) by taking vaginal smear. Treatment will be given according to the results.
This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label phase 2/3 study of Toca 511 and Toca FC versus standard of care that comprises Investigator's choice of single agent chemotherapy (lomustine or temozolomide) or bevacizumab administered to subjects undergoing resection for first or second recurrence (including this recurrence) of GBM or AA. Subjects meeting all of the inclusion and none of the exclusion criteria will be randomized prior to surgery in a 1:1 ratio to receive either Toca 511 and Toca FC (Experimental arm, Arm T) or control treatment with one option of standard of care (Arm SOC). Stratification will be done by IDH1 mutation status. A second stratification factor is based on the patient's Karnofsky Performance Score (KPS) (70-80 vs 90-100). Further, to account for potential differences in treatment choices for the control arm in regions, the trial will be stratified by geographical region during the randomization process. This open-label extension and safety monitoring study is composed of two parts: Part 1 will evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of continued etrolizumab treatment in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease who were previously enrolled in the etrolizumab Phase III Study GA29144 (NCT02394028) and who meet eligibility criteria for enrollment into Part 1. In Part 2, participants who have stopped etrolizumab treatment (either by exiting Part 1 of this study or by entering directly from Study GA29144 [NCT02394028]) will be monitored for 92 weeks for progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) and other safety events.
