This study aims to know the effectiveness of "MaRiTensi" in improving knowledge, motivation, efficacy, self-care and blood pressure control for hypertension patients. This study hypothesizes that MaRiTensi effectively increases the knowledge, motivation, self-efficacy and self-care of hypertensive patients and reduces blood pressure in the intervention group compared to the control group. Respondent recruitment is as follows: 1. The respondent candidate will be identified based on data on record medical 2. Appropriate respondent candidates' criteria inclusion and exclusion contacted for given informed consent 3. Prospective respondents who are willing to participate and fulfill the criteria for pressure blood moment measurement will request signed consent 4. Respondents fill in the basic data and recapitulate by the assistant researcher 5. Done randomization for allocation of group interventions and group control 6. Respondents given envelope closed (using sequentially numbered, opaque sealed envelopes (SNOSE) method ) 7. Respondents' group intervention was given maintenance by Hospital or health center standard-added intervention using MaRiTensi by conditions; meanwhile, group control was provided care by Hospital or health center standards.

Autologous Natural Killer Cell Therapy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This study represents a phase I clinical trial that utilizes natural killer (NK) cell therapy for patients diagnosed with liver cancer, specifically those classified as Child-Pugh A and falling within the Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) stages B or C. The expected results include determining the suitable treatment dosage, identifying any resulting side effects, and calculating the average duration of progression-free survival. The target group for the study consists of all individuals diagnosed with liver cancer. At the same time, the practical sample consists of those who received medical care for liver cancer at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM) between May and December 2022. The chosen research sample comprises liver cancer patients who fulfill the predetermined participation criteria. The necessary sample size for discerning appropriate treatment dosages and the occurrence rate of potential side effects shall consist of 2-3 liver cancer patients who are administered autologous NK cells. The process for isolating these NK cells adheres to the guidelines established by Miltenyi Biotec.

Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis (RAS) is experienced by almost everyone and appears suddenly. Even though the risk of death due to the condition is small, its presence can make a person feel uncomfortable eating, drinking, and talking so there will be a decrease in the quality of a person's life in their daily lives. Recently, α-Mangostin (α-M) from mangosteen rind (Garcinia mangostana L) has been shown its effect to reduce oral mucosal sores on RAS in preclinical studies in rats. Therefore, research is needed to prove the benefits (efficacy) and safety of therapy in the form of a hydrogel film patch/plaster film with a chitosan alginate base as a carrier for α-Mangostin for the treatment of RAS patients.

Knowledge and conceptual frameworks will influence a clinician's accuracy in providing intravenous fluid therapy to patients. Accurate administration of fluid therapy to patients will reduce unwanted side effects and decrease the overall treatment costs during hospitalization. Various considerations in administering intravenous fluid therapy are influenced by a clinician's level of knowledge. In Indonesia, doctors working in hospitals may have different levels of education and professional status. However, it is currently unclear whether these professional differences among doctors influence their knowledge in administering fluids to patients.

The Comparison of Handgrip Strength, Lean Mass, and Blood Pressure in Primary School Children Aged 8-10 Years Old With Undernutrition and Normal Nutritional Status

Undernutrition occurs in 900 million individuals globally, so it is a very important health problem because it contributes to high mortality rates, especially in children. In addition, undernutrition has consequences for children's growth and development, including increased susceptibility to 1) Experiencing fat accumulation, especially in the central part of the body; 2) Experiencing changes in body metabolism, especially fat, decreased oxidation; 3) Experiencing a decrease in resting energy expenditure and postprandial energy expenditure; 4) Insulin resistance in adulthood which results in hypertension and dyslipidemia, 5) Decreased capacity to do manual work that requires physical strength. 6) Changes occur in the function of the autonomic nervous system (Matrins et al., 2011). Loss of muscle mass and function causes muscle weakness. Handgrip strength has been used as a tool to measure muscle strength and functionality and can measure low individual mobility because handgrip strength is positively correlated with daily activity (Whiting et al., 2016). Hand grip strength or handgrip strength is used as a predictor of undernutrition in adult patients with cancer who are hospitalized (Bauer et al., 2015), and is stated as a predictor of nutritional status and changes in nutritional status (Flood et al., 2014). Other research also shows that there is a positive correlation between BMI percentile and hand grip strength (Kotecha and Desai, 2022). In studies on elderly populations, handgrip strength is positively correlated with nutritional status (Akbar and Setiati, 2018), while in populations of children at risk of malnutrition (using the Paediatric Yorkhill Malnutrition Score-PYM), it shows handgrip strength based on age (HGS z-score). and based on height is lower than children who have a lower risk of malnutrition. The HGS z-score can also be used as a predictor of fat free mass (FFM) for sick children compared to healthy children and is also related to plasma CRP (Mckirdy et al., 2021). Based on the explanation above, this research was conducted to know the differences in hand grip strength, muscle mass, and blood pressure in undernourished children aged 8-10 years compared to normal children.

Effect of Blood Flow Restriction Training to Muscle Strength, Dynamic Stability, and ACL Injury Prevention

The goal of this randomized clinical trial study is to compare low-load blood flow restriction (LL-BFRt), sham LL-BFRt, and high-load eccentric training (HL-Et) in healthy level 1 sportsman. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does LL-BFR improve muscle strength better than sham LL-BFRt and HL-Et? 2. Does LL-BFR improve dynamic stability better than sham LL-BFRt and HL-Et? 3. Does LL-BFR prevent ACL injury better than sham LL-BFRt and HL-Et? Participants will be randomized into three intervention groups: LL-BFRt, sham LL-BFRt, and HL-Et. Participants will be asked to do: - In LL-BFRt, participants will be asked to do LL eccentric training (including double leg squats, split squats, deadlifts, and monster walks) with a 30% of repetition maximum (RM) and 70% of arterial occlusion pressure (AOP). - In sham LL-BFRt, participants will be asked to do LL eccentric training with a 30% of repetition maximum (RM) and 10% of arterial occlusion pressure (AOP). - In HL-Et, participants will be asked to do LL eccentric training with a 70% of repetition maximum (RM). Researchers will compare LL-BFRt, sham LL-BFRt, and HL-Et to see if muscle strength, dynamic stability, and ACL injury prevention improve after the interventions and follow-up.
