NCT ID: NCT01006057 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Trial Investigating the NN1250 Concentration-time Curve in Subjects With Various Degrees of Renal Impairment and in Subjects With Normal Renal Function

Start date: November 2009
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This trial was conducted in Europe. The aim of this clinical trial was to evaluate if the NN1250 (insulin degludec/insulin 454) concentration-time curve is altered to such an extent that the dose should be adjusted in subjects with impaired renal function compared to the dose for subjects with normal renal function.

NCT ID: NCT01005199 Completed - Liver Cancer Clinical Trials

Sorafenib Tosylate With or Without Everolimus in Treating Patients With Localized, Unresectable, or Metastatic Liver Cancer

Start date: November 2009
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

RATIONALE: Sorafenib tosylate and everolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying giving sorafenib tosylate together with everolimus to see how well it works compared with sorafenib tosylate alone in treating patients with localized, unresectable, or metastatic liver cancer.

NCT ID: NCT01004029 Completed - Preterm Birth Clinical Trials

Confirmatory Study of 17P vs Vehicle for Prevention of Preterm Birth in Women w/ Previous Spontaneous Preterm Delivery

PROLONG
Start date: October 2009
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

As part of the continuing effort to study the benefit and risks of 17P and preterm delivery, this study is designed as a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled clinical trial of 17P for the prevention of preterm birth prior to 35 weeks, 0 days of gestation in women with a singleton pregnancy, aged 18 years or older, with a previous singleton spontaneous preterm delivery. The study also includes a population pharmacokinetic (PK) substudy to assess the hydroxyprogesterone caproate (HPC) exposure-response relationship and the effect of body mass index (BMI) on the PK of 17P.

Phase I/II Comparison of Efficacy and Safety of BIBF 1120 and Sorafenib in Patients With Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: October 22, 2009
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study aim is to determine maximally tolerated dose (MTD) of BIBF 1120 in HCC (hepatocellular cancer) and compare efficacy of BIBF 1120 to Sorafenib in HCC patients

NCT ID: NCT00997061 Completed - Clinical trials for Lung Cancer, Small Cell

SCOT Registry: Small Cell Lung Cancer Treatment and Outcome

SCOT
