The aim of this study is to test whether a short educational intervention about emotional skills can improve survivor cancer patient emotional skills and quality of life. Half of participants will follow the educational intervention about emotional skills, while the other half will practice relaxation followed by a non-directive talking group. The educational intervention should give better results on patient emotional skills and quality of life than the control group.

Connected Rehabilitation: an Alternative to Conventional Cardiovascular Rehabilitation?

Cardiovascular rehabilitation (CVR) has major beneficial effects by improving physical capacity, accelerating return to activities and reinsertion and reducing mortality. It associates reconditioning to effort and therapeutic education for the optimal control of " risk factors ". It corresponds to a global approach to patients, thus counterbalancing the tendency to hyperspecialise in medicine. However, because of the lack of specialised centres, only a small proportion of patients (≈30%) are able to benefit. Numerical tools used in e-health, the deployment of the Internet and certain " connected " devices may provide alternatives outside hospital, by enabling the follow-up of patients and their physiological parameters (heart rate, blood pressure, weigh, physical activity…), and the adaptation - using an interactive web platform - of the physical activity programme, nutrition, compliance with medication and weaning from smoking. This project proposes to evaluate the effects of a so-called " connected " CVR programme, and to show its non-inferiority compared with a conventional CVR.

Early detection of pulmonary exacerbations (PEx) in Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patients is important to quickly trigger treatment and reduce respiratory damage. The investigators hypothesize that using home-based connected devices (CDs) in educated patients applying Cumulative sum charts (CUSUM) to monitor physiological parameters (PP) and patients' perception reported (PRP), will allow early detection of PEx. Objective: to study clinical validity of using CDs and evaluate adherence and satisfaction in CF patients and teams Design: 3 phase multicenter study in 36 CF patients aged >=12 years. Phase 1, patients are equipped during 3 months with CDs. PP and PRP to estimate CUSUM parameters are collected. In phase 2, patient's personalized educational plan to manage alerts is built. In phase 3, PP and PRP are collected during 12 months. Clinical validity, change in patients clinical data, quality of Life/Anxiety-Depression/Satisfaction, patients and teams' acceptance and adherence are assessed.

Impact of the Nurse Visit on Observance of the Intake of Oral Carcinological Treatment in the Elderly

The increasingly used oral anticancer treatments allow the patient to reduce treatment and social constraints to reduce hospitalization costs. The counterpart is a decrease in the monitoring of the correct intake of drugs and the detection of side effects. These two risks are major in the elderly, due to comorbidities, poly-medication and decreased attention. The project objective to evaluate the impact of a bi-weekly nursing visit to the patients' homes for 3 months, compared to a conventional management without a nursing visit. It is a prospective, randomized, controlled, multicenter study to include 224 patients over 18 months. The impact will be assessed by counting the tablets not taken and by filling an observation booklet with the nurse at home.

The study will estimate the MRD-negative response rate after treatment with blinatumomab in subjects with high-risk DLBCL who are MRD-positive following aHSCT. The clinical hypothesis is that the MRD-negative response rate will be greater than 10%. Achieving an MRD-negative response rate of 30% would be of scientific and clinical interest.
