There are about 36633 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in France. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The investigators hypothesize that, in newly diagnosed de novo chronic phase CML patients, an induction treatment with ponatinib for 6 months should increase the rate of patients reaching a stable MR4.5 allowing cessation of imatinib treatment. The investigators proposal is to conduct a multicenter, Phase II trial to evaluate the safety, clinical and biological activity of an induction treatment with ponatinib for 6 months, followed by a consolidation treatment with imatinib in newly diagnosed de novo chronic phase CML patients.
The purpose of this registry study is to gather effectiveness, QoL, safety and procedural information on TheraSphere® for the treatment of participants with Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma (iCC) and liver metastases for colon cancer (mCRC) in real world clinical practice settings in France.
The AMISLEEP study is nested in the "FRENCHIE" registry. The objective is to use routine clinical and polygraphic data to capture SDB/SAS (Sleep Disordered Breathing/Sleep Apnea Syndrome) physiological heterogeneity in relation to clinically relevant cardiovascular outcomes. Specifically, the investigators hypothesize that unique clusters (phenotypes) of patients could be identified by applying unsupervised learning methods to these data and that the clusters would be differentially associated with risk of adverse cardiovascular outcomes (ACS), TIA, stroke or death). The ultimate goal is to identify patients more at risk that could be included in interventional studies that would test whether SDB/SAS treatment can improve this risk.
Primary Objective: To determine whether amcenestrant per overall survival (os) improves progression free survival (PFS) when compared with an endocrine monotherapy of the choice of the physician, in participants with metastatic or locally advanced breast cancer Secondary Objectives: - To compare the overall survival in the 2 treatment arms - To assess the objective response rate in the 2 treatment arms - To evaluate the disease control rate in the 2 treatment arms - To evaluate the clinical benefit rate in the 2 treatment arms - To evaluate the duration of response in the 2 treatment arms - To evaluate the PFS according to the estrogen receptor 1 gene (ESR1) mutation status in the 2 treatment arms - To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of amcenestrant as single agent - To evaluate health-related quality of life in the 2 treatment arms - To compare the overall safety profile in the 2 treatment arms
We assume that an early iterative automatic CT scan analysis (D0, D1 and D3) by different AI approaches will allow an early differentiation of the tissues evolution after TBI. Our objective is to couple theses scan profiles to a neurological evolution, measured by therapeutic intensity.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled dose-selection study in which two doses of nangibotide are tested versus placebo.
This study evaluates the efficacy of the combination of olaparib, durvalumab, and fulvestrant for the treatment of patients with ER-positive, HER2-negative, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer with BRCA gene alterations or alterations of genes involved in homologous recombination repair (HRR) or microsatellite instability (MSI) status.
Bladder cancer is the seventh cause of cancer mortality in France. Overall survival is poor, between 45 and 50% at 5 years. Optimal staging of lymph nodes and metastasis is crucial for treatment decision of muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). Guidelines do not recommend FDG-Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Computed Tomography (CT), but rather CT for lymph node and metastatic staging, despite its low accuracy. We performed a retrospective analysis of patients undergoing PET CT for localized MIBC in two centers, to help define the utility of PET CT in this setting.
The purpose of this trial is to demonstrate at W48 the non-inferiority of a dual nucleoside analogues strategy with tenofovir (TDF) or tenofovir alafenamide (TAF) plus emtricitabine (FTC) or lamivudine (3TC) preceded by a 16 week induction period with TDF or TAF plus FTC or 3TC plus an integrase inhibitor (INI) relative to an immediate 2-DR strategy with dolutegravir plus 3TC in HIV-infected antiretroviral therapy (ARV) naïve participants with CD4 cells count greater than 300/mm3 and a low viral load defined as plasma HIV RNA strictly lower than 50 000 cp/mL
A prospective real world evidence study of Nivolumab use in France in patient with recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the Head and Neck progressing on or after a platinum based therapy
