Since the 30s, ECT has been a psychiatric treatment mainly used for drug-resistant depressive illnesses. Clinical studies have shown its therapeutic efficiency compared to standard treatments also in other psychiatric illnesses. Although efficient, ECTs also induce side effects. In France, there is currently no consensus on providing the suitest medical care. It is therefore important to review our nowadays health care models in order to maintain and improve the recommendations of the French National Agency for Accreditation and Evaluation in Health, the last of which date from 1997! Within this context, this project has the dual objective of (1) identifying ECT medical procedure in France and (2) developing research to evaluate and to improve the effectiveness of this treatment.

Fasting is currently required before elective cerebral angiography, despite numerous arguments against fasting (kidney toxicity, vasovagal reaction, discomfort) and seams unusefull regarding it's main goal : reducing nausea and vomiting. The investigators propose to assess frequency of nausea and vomiting among patients having taken their breakfast at home before day care angiography. The investigators hypothesise that less than 1% of non fasting patients will suffer of vomitint.

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of niraparib plus pembrolizumab versus placebo plus pembrolizumab as maintenance therapy in participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have achieved stable disease (SD), partial response (PR), or complete response (CR) following completion of standard of care first-line platinum-based induction chemotherapy with pembrolizumab. The primary hypotheses are: participants with confirmed diagnosis of NSCLC could benefit from niraparib plus pembrolizumab versus placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to Progression-free survival (PFS) and Overall survival (OS).

Online Survey on Psychological Impact of COVID-19 Epidemic on School-age Children

The coronavirus outbreak is a stressful event for the whole population. Confinement measures are protective against the risk of dissemination of the virus, but they can also lead to several psychological symptoms. In children, a study in China has reported about 20% of depressive or anxious troubles in school-age children after a 4-week period of confinement. In France, confinement lasted about 8 weeks. School resumed on May 11th for primary school children and on June 2nd for secondary school children. In this survey, we aim at exploring the psychological status of these children and the impact on their schooling, for better understanding, support and prevention. Through this online questionnaire, we also aim at giving some psycho-education advices. Finally, we could identify some subgroups of children particularly vulnerable, and organise some specific support for them in coming months.

The Lille University Hospital developped a research objective common to all the services which took care of patients, "suspected patient", "possible case", "probable case" or "confirmed case" infected with SARS-CoV-2 by constituting a prospective and a retrospective observational cohort which allowed pooling and sharing the resources and data collected. In the next two years the prospective cohort will allow to continue inclusions in a standardized way mainly for the constitution of a negative control group (excluded cases), to collect biological samples which had not been collected in the retrospective cohort so that the pathophysiology of the COVID-19 will be better apprehended as for example the inflammatory response to the viral infection. Finally in case of a second epidemic wave in the Hauts De France, it seems essential to have a defined research protocol which had already received all the necessary authorizations to guarantee cutting-edge (or quality ) research in a center like the Lille University Hospital.The aim objective of this study is to identify predictive factors of mortality to day 28 infection to SARS-CoV-2 for patients under medical care for the COVID-19 in the Lille University Hospital thanks to the constitution of an epidemiological, clinical, biological, immunological, genetic, microbiological, anatomopathologic, radiological, therapeutic database and so record the results of functional exploration exams.
