There are about 21071 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Spain. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a Phase 1b, multicenter, 2-part study of ALRN-6924 for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced side effects. Part 1 SCLC is an open-label, multicenter study of ALRN-6924 for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced side effects in patients with p53-mutated ED SCLC undergoing 2nd-line treatment with topotecan. (Part 1 has completed enrollment). Part 2 NSCLC is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study of ALRN-6924 for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced side effects in patients with p53-mutated advanced NSCLC of adenocarcinoma histology receiving 1st-line treatment with carboplatin plus pemetrexed with or without immunotherapy.
Uterine fibroids are are the most common gynecological tumor. Among the pharmacological treatment options, ulipristal acetate (UPA) has proven to be effective in control of bleeding and reduction of size of fibroids. Due to the appearance of some cases of subacute severe hepatic insufficiency in patients undergoing UPA treatment and the possible idiosyncratic effect of the drug, the European Medicine Agency (EMA) recommended performing liver function tests before, during and after each UPA treatment course as a minimization risk strategy to prevent drug induced liver injury (DILI). The aim of the present study is to evaluate whether changes in transaminase levels or other DILI markers occur in patients receiving UPA in our center.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pemigatinib plus pembrolizumab or pemigatinib alone versus the standard of care for participants with metastatic or unresectable urothelial carcinoma who are not eligible to receive cisplatin, are harboring FGFR3 mutation or rearrangement, and who have not received prior treatment.
To evaluate the hypothesis that an ultra-fast triage with one-stop in angiography suite based on cone-beam CT compared to traditional protocol offers a better outcome in the distribution of the modified Rankin Scale scores at 90 days in acute ischemic stroke patients with suspected large vessel occlusion (LVO) within 6 hours from symptoms onset.
This study was a Phase Ib, multi-center, open-label study of TNO155 in combination with spartalizumab or ribociclib with a dose escalation part followed by a dose expansion part in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors. These two treatment arms enrolled subjects in parallel to characterize the safety, tolerability, PK, PD and preliminary antitumor activity. The study treatment was administered until the subject experienced unacceptable toxicity, progressive disease, and/or had treatment discontinued at the discretion of the Investigator or the subject, or due to withdrawal of consent.
Primary Objectives: - Dose Escalation Part A: To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of SAR442085 administered as a single agent in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM), and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for the subsequent Expansion Part B - Dose Expansion Part B: To assess the antitumor activity of single agent of SAR442085 at the RP2D in patients with RRMM Secondary Objectives: - To characterize the safety profile of SAR442085 - To characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) profile of SAR442085 when administered as a single agent - To evaluate the potential immunogenicity of SAR442085 - To assess preliminary evidence of antitumor activity in the Dose Escalation Part A
In this paper, it is postulated that in sedentary patients with moderate-severe sleep apnea diagnosed by a sleep test, an increase in physical activity stimulated by the use of a pedometer during a period of 6 months can reduce the severity of OSAS by decreasing the number of respiratory events during sleep and when controlling for vascular risk factors.
The purpose of the study is to determine the safety and test the efficacy of the combination of radium-223 dichloride and pembrolizumab in patients with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with bone metastases who either have not received any systemic therapy for their advanced disease or have progressed on prior immunologic checkpoint blockade with antibodies against the programmed cell death protein-(ligand) 1 (PD-1/PD-L1). In this study researchers want to measure tumor shrinkage in response to treatment and how long that shrinkage lasts and gather information on safety. Pembrolizumab is an immunologic checkpoint blocker that promotes an immune response against the tumor. Radium-223 dichloride is an alpha particle-emitting radioactive agent which kills cancer cells.
To obtain evidence of antitumor effect of CX-072 in combination with anticancer therapy in adult patients with solid tumor based upon overall response rate by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST)
This study was the extension of the double-blind study GLPG1690-CL-204 (NCT03798366). The main purpose of the study was to see how GLPG1690 was tolerated in participants with systemic sclerosis and whether there were any side effects in a long-term treatment period.
