There are about 25560 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Germany. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the prevalence of synovitis in adult patients with haemophilia A.
The goal of this clinical trial is to confirm that SB27 works in the same way as Keytruda in metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. The main question it aims to answer is: • How effective the study drug is Participants will receive either investigational product (SB27 or Keytruda) and chemotherapy every 3 weeks. Researchers will compare SB27 and Keytruda to see if SB27 works in the same way as Keytruda.
The investigational product is designed to effectively combat B cells in patients with autoimmune diseases. Autologous T cells enriched with CD4/CD8 are genetically engineered using a lentiviral vector to express chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that target the CD19 antigen on the cell surface of B cells and their precursors. During treatment, patients undergo leukapheresis, lymophodepleting chemotherapy and administration of the expanded CD19-CAR-transduced T cells.
Evaluation of the Effects of a Nutritional Intervention of Ketogenic Medium-chain Triglycerides and B-vitamins on Cognitive Functioning in Older Adults With Mild Cognitive Impairment (COGNIKET-MCI)
Medical data and biological samples obtained from transplant patients are collected and managed across Germany with the help of the DZIF Transplant Cohort. The data and samples form the basis of scientific studies which investigate the connections between numerous factors influencing an organ's susceptibility to infection and organ function.
The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of AZD0901 compared to Investigator's choice of therapy as 2L+ treatment for participants with advanced or metastatic gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma expressing CLDN18.2.
The aim of this project is to find out if there is a difference in addictive behavior, personality traits, and cognitive abilities between chess players and non-chess players.
The aim of the study is to assess mental and somatic symptoms of preterm born children at the ages of 2, 5 and 10 by a multidisciplinary team and to evaluate an app that screens for these symptoms. Furthermore, there will be an evaluation of an intervention by our multidisciplinary team that provides recommendations for further treatment and diagnostic procedures of the children.
Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a common severe psychiatric disease with enormous socioeconomic costs for the patient and society alike. Current pharmacological treatments are ineffective in a substantial fraction of patients and are accompanied by unwanted side effects. Using a novel non-invasive brain stimulation method to specifically target and modulate dysfunctional brain oscillations with high spatial and temporal precision this study will investigate the efficacy of EEG-triggered transcranial magnetic stimulation to alleviate de-pressive symptomatology in patients with MDD in a double-blind randomized controlled pilot clinical trial.
The "NeuroLF prototype" is a small aperture PET scanner. The NeuroLF prototype will be used with patients, which have just finished their regularly scheduled PET examination on a clinical whole body PET system. The radioactive tracer used for this procedure will still be active. This remaining acitivity will be used for an image acquisition with the NeuroLF prototype without the need for an additional radioactive tracer dose. The control intervention is be a brain PET scan as part of standard clinical routine. It will be done immediately before the scan on the NeuroLF prototype.
