There are about 25560 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Germany. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a multicenter phase 3 randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of daily subcutaneous injections of elamipretide in subjects with primary mitochondrial myopathy. This will be followed by an open-label treatment extension.
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of BIIB054 via dose response using the change from baseline in Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) Total Score. The secondary objectives of the study are to evaluate the dose-related safety of BIIB054, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of BIIB054 via MDS-UPDRS total score, to assess the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of BIIB054, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of BIIB054 based on MDS-UPDRS subparts, to evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of BIIB054 on the integrity of nigrostriatal dopaminergic nerve terminals and to evaluate the immunogenicity of BIIB054.
Open-label, dose-escalation clinical trial of rAAV9.CMV.hNAGLU injected intravenously through a peripheral limb vein
The primary objective of the study was to compare the effect of sotagliflozin to placebo on total occurrences of cardiovascular (CV) death, hospitalization for heart failure [HHF], and urgent visit for heart failure [HF] in participants with type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk factors, and moderate to severely impaired renal function.
The study is designed to collect data on LV latency in CRT-D patients by the CRT-D and compare measurements to 12-lead ECG data
The purpose of this trial was to explore the clinical utility of two investigational agents in patients with advanced cancer. This was a multi-center, open-label Phase I/Ib study. The primary objectives of the trial were: - To characterize the safety and tolerability of intratumoral LHC165 in patients with solid tumors as a single agent and in combination with PDR001 - To determine and evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended dose (RD) for LHC165 as a single agent and in combination with PDR001
The purpose of the clinical study is to assess the effects of 3M Cavilon Advanced Skin Protectant in comparison to different local IAD care regimes in hospitals (IAD: Incontinence-associated Dermatitis)
The purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and efficacy of EMA401 compared to placebo in patients with painful diabetic neuropathy (PDN).
The objective of the study is to generate safety and performance data for the 4Tech TriCinch Coil System in symptomatic patients suffering from significant functional tricuspid regurgitation with annular dilatation. The TriCinch Coil System is a percutaneous catheter-based medical device for tricuspid valve repair.
This study is designed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of subjects who have recently undergone surgery with the iTotal® Cruciate Retaining (CR) Total Knee Replacement System (KRS) who have also had iPoly XE Tibial Inserts implanted.
