NCT ID: NCT04920734 Recruiting - Delirium Clinical Trials

Description of Therapy Options and Successes in the Long-term Course of Delirium in the Recovery Room - CESARO II

Start date: October 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This project is a multicenter pilot project to evaluate the therapeutic success in the long term up to 3 months after a delirium in a recovery room. There is a Europe-wide recommendation for the prevention of postoperative delirium in older patients and the evidence and consensus-based guideline "Management of delirium, analgesia and sedation in intensiv care medicine" of the AWMF (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Wissenschaftlichen Medizinischen Fachgesellschaften) are regularly updated for the detection and treatment of delirium in the intensive care unit. The aim is to evaluate the effects of a systematic delirium screening and the delirium treatment options in the long term in the same way as the current recommendations for the patient cohort of the recovery room.

SunRISe-4
Start date: July 7, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-tumor effects of TAR-200 in combination with intravenous (IV) cetrelimab and IV cetrelimab alone.

NCT ID: NCT04919226 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Neuroendocrine Tumors

Lutetium 177Lu-Edotreotide Versus Best Standard of Care in Well-differentiated Aggressive Grade-2 and Grade-3 GastroEnteroPancreatic NeuroEndocrine Tumors (GEP-NETs) - COMPOSE

COMPOSE
Start date: December 21, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety & patient-reported outcomes of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) with 177Lu-Edotreotide as 1st or 2nd line of treatment compared to best standard of care in patients with well-differentiated aggressive grade 2 and grade 3, somatostatin receptor-positive (SSTR+), neuroendocrine tumours of gastroenteric or pancreatic origin.

NCT ID: NCT04918173 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Congenital Antithrombin Deficiency

Efficacy of Atenativ in Patients With Congenital Antithrombin Deficiency Undergoing Surgery or Delivery

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Assess the incidence of the composite of thrombotic events (TEs) and thromboembolic events (TEEs) in patients with congenital antithrombin deficiency under cover of Atenativ for surgical procedures or parturition.

NCT ID: NCT04914481 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Low-Flow, Low-Gradient Aortic Stenosis

Anatomic Stenosis Severity as a Prognostic Marker in Patients With Low-Flow Low-Gradient Aortic Stenosis Undergoing TAVI

ATLAS TAVI
Start date: April 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The ATLAS TAVI Registry is a retrospective, investigator-initiated, multicenter registry including patients, who underwent Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) for classical or paradoxical low-flow, low-gradient aortic stenosis (LFLG AS) with available non-contrast MSCT data on aortic valve calcification (AVC). The main objective of this study is the assessment of outcome after TAVI according to AVC density severity in patients with LFLG AS.

NCT ID: NCT04914468 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mitral Valve Disease

Hamburg TranscathEteR Mitral Valve REplacement RegiStry

HERMES
Start date: March 8, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The Hamburg TranscathEteR Mitral Valve REplacement RegiStry (HERMES) is a prospective clinical cohort registry aiming to gather follow-up information on short- and long-term outcome of patients with mitral valve disease that undergo transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) screening. In particular, long-term durability and function of implanted bioprosteses is of utmost interest for both patients and clinicians. Moreover, this study aimes to investigate and compare the different treatment strategies patients undergo after successful or unsuccessful screening for TMVR.

NCT ID: NCT04913922 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Relatlimab With Nivolumab and 5-Azacytidine for the Treatment of AML

AARON
Start date: May 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The clinical trial will test the safety and tolerability of a combination therapy (azacitidine in combination with two checkpoint inhibitors, nivolumab [Anti-PD1] and relatlimab [Anti-LAG3]) in patients with relapsed/refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and patients ≥ 65 years with initial diagnosis of AML. Primary objectives are: - maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) of the combination therapy during the lead-in phase of the clinical trial (6-12 patients) and - objective response rate (ORR) of the combination therapy in the phase II part of the study (up to 24 patients).
