There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Through multicenter, open-label, randomised clinical trials, we intend to demonstrate that PD-1 treatment added to salvage surgery could further decrease the rate of disease progression and improve the survival outcome of patients with resectable locally recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma compared with those treated with salvage surgery alone.
A Phase I Study of Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion To Evaluate the SafetyćTolerabilityćPharmacokinetics and Preliminary Efficacy of Paclitaxel Micelles for Injection in Chinese Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor.
Almonertinib is a three-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI), which has shown competitive potential in the second-line treatment against first-generation TKIs. This study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of different doses of almonertinib in the first-line and second-line treatment of brain metastases/meningeal metastases in NSCLC patients.
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients is a common disease in the East Asia. Although resection was recommend for early stage (BCLC A stage) patients according to the BCLC (Barcelona clinical liver cancer) system, increasing studies suggested that preoperative transarterial therapy may decrease the recurrence risk for those with high-risk factors. However, the clinical value is still undertermined. Recently, FOLFOX (Oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil) based hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) exhibited high response rate for unresectable HCC. Pilot study showed TACE combined HAIC (TACE-HAIC) had better tumor response, with low progression disease rate. Whether TACE-HAIC would improve survival for BCLC A stage patients with high-risk factors is need to further to study. A randomized clinical trial compared neo-TACE-HAIC with surgery versus surgery alone is aimed to answer this question.
Prepregnancy body mass index (BMI) and gestational weight gain (GWG) have Significant effects on the risk of pregnancy outcomes such as gestational hypertension disease and gestational diabetes mellitus in singleton pregnancies. This paper is to investigate the relationship between pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) and weight gain during pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes in women with twin pregnancy.
In preterm infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS), exogenous pulmonary surfactant(PS) replacement therapy is one of the most important therapeutic breakthrough to reduce neonatal mortality. Nowadays, PS is commonly used in newborn infants with respiratory distress, but the incidences of bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD) and/or death are inconsistent. The result indicates that not all preterm infants with respiratory distress can be beneficial from PS. In 2017, the international neonatal ARDS (NARDS) collaborative group provides the first consensus definition for NARDS. And whether or not PS being beneficial for preterm infants with NARDS remains unknown.
In advanced non-small cell lung cancer, there will be some rare mutations, such as ALK, KRAS, etc. The efficacy of these immunotherapies on these different rare mutations has not been reported. Therefore, we conducted this retrospective clinical study to explore the efficacy of immunotherapy for different rare mutations.
Immunotherapy acquired resistance was observed in clinical practice. The investigators intended to add anlotinib to PD-1 inhibitors, hoping reverse the resistance.
The study is a prospective multi-cohort clinical study. Cohort A is evaluating the efficacy and safety of IBI318 in combined with lenvatinib in advanced NSCLC patients who had failed first-line PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor therapy. Cohort B is the efficacy and safety of advanced NSCLC with EGFR-sensitive mutation /ALK fusion after EGFR-TKI /ALK-TKI treatment resistance. Cohort C is the efficacy and safety of first-line treatment of advanced NSCLC with negative PD-L1 expression and EGFR, ALK, and ROS1 wild-type. After being screened to meet the inclusion criteria, they will receive IBI318 combined with lenvatinib until the disease progresses, death, toxicity is intolerable, informed consent is withdrawn, new anti-tumor therapy is started, or the treatment is terminated for other reasons specified in the plan.
In order to analyze the effectiveness and patient tolerance of the two bowel preparation regimens, the investigators will compare prepackaged semisolid nutritional formulations and restricted diet. The aim was to demonstrate that prepackaged semisolid nutritional formulations is not inferior in overall quality of intestinal preparation to restricted diet in subjects undergoing colonoscopy.
