There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Investigate the efficacy and safety of HSK16149 capsules in Chinese herpetic Neuralgia following 4 weeks treatment in comparison to pregabalin.
Analyze the diagnostic efficiency (including performance, diameter, and location of nodules) of UTE-MRI in lung metastases of hepatoblastoma with chest CT as gold standard
The surgeon's knot-tying technique plays a crucial role in the recovery of patients after single-port laparoscopy. Knot tying is very challenging in minimally invasive surgery and is a critical skill in advanced surgery. In this study, investigators introduce a new knotting technique, compare it with the traditional knotting technique in many aspects, and also discuss its application in the teaching of single-port laparoscopic knotting.
This is a single-centre, single-dose, dose-escalation, placebo and positive drug-controlled Phase I clinical study in healthy Chinese subjects to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile of octreotide injection in healthy Chinese subjects.
A single center, randomized controlled trial was conducted to investigate whether individualized exercise guidance was more effective in improving pregnancy outcomes in normal pregnant women. What's more, the trial was also conducted to find out whether there is a mediating effect between prenatal exercise and pregnancy outcomes.
This is a phase 1, open-label, parallel cohort study to evaluate the PK, safety and tolerability of nebulized ensifentrine following administration of single and multiple doses in healthy Chinese male subjects.
The goal of this randomized, double-blind, cross-over inverventional study is to evaluate the efficacy of white kidney bean on OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test). About 34 eligible participants will be randomized in two groups of the same size to take the assigned interventions at one study site in Shanghai, two visits will be required. The first group of participants will take Wonderlab product first and then placebo product after 72 hours of washout period, while the other group of of participants will take placebo product first and then Wonderlab product after 72 hours of washout period. For each visit, the finger blood will be sampled and the relevent data such as blood glucose will be captured based on OGTT procedures, and recorded into clinical data management system for statistical analysis. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if there is significant change of blood glucose by using products containing ingredient of white kidney beans.
Local used high molecular weight Hyaluronan (HA) with high viscosity has a variety of receptors in the human body, including CD44, LYVE-1, RHAMM, HARE, Siglec-9, TLR2, CEMIP and TMEM2. Intra-articular local injection of HA has a certain degree of analgesic effect. Local injection of HA into the nerve trunk directed by ultrasound was used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It was reported that the analgesic effect of HA is regulated by TRPV1 ion channels. This study hypothesizes that hyaluronidase cleaves HA to generate low molecular weight HA fragments HA35 with good tissue permeability, which may bind to a variety of HA receptors on the cell surface within the tissues and produce a broad-spectrum analgesic effect. In this study, 35kDa Hyaluronan fragment HA35 was prepared by mixing hyaluronidase PH20 injection and high molecular weight Hyaluronan (HA) injection at room temperature for 20 minutes. In this study, hyaluronidase injection and Hyaluronan injection were off-label used to conduct an investigator-initiated study (IIT or IIS) for the treatment of herpes zoster and shoulder, neck, back and temporal pain.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the feasibility of enhanced three-dimensional water-selective cartilage (3D-WATSc) sequence in displaying the vessels of children's hip by magnetic resonance. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Could the images of enhanced 3D-WATSc sequence show the healthy side hip joint vessels in children? - Could the images of enhanced 3D-WATSc sequence show the vascular disease of the suffering side hip joint in children? Participants with unilateral hip disease will undergo the magnetic resonance examination including enhanced 3D-WATSc sequence. The pelvic plain film and magnetic resonance images will be collected and analysed. Researchers will compare the images of of the normal side with the images of the abnormal side to see if the enhanced 3D-WATSc sequence images could show the vascular disease of the suffering side hip joint in children?
This trial adopts a single-center, single-dose, single-period, non-randomized, open-label study design. It is planned to enroll 6~8 healthy male subjects, and each subject receives single oral administration of drug solution containing 600mg/approximately 100µCi [14C]STI-1558 under fasting conditions on trial D1. The whole blood, plasma, urine and stool samples are collected at specified time points/intervals during the trial. The pharmacokinetic parameters of the total radioactivity in plasma and whole blood, the material concentration ratios of the total radioactivity in plasma and whole blood, and the material balances are obtained by testing the total radioactivity of [14C]STI-1558 in plasma, whole blood, urine and feces. Meanwhile, using isotope tracer and mass spectrometry techniques, the main pathways and characteristics of metabolism and elimination of STI-1558 in humans are obtained through the quantification of radioactive metabolite profiles and the structure identification of the main metabolites in plasma, urine and feces of the subjects. The entire duration of trial is expected to be 5 months.
